Barcelona and Madrid are beautiful indeed but after a while you've seen most important tourist attractions and then what? Having to live in a hectic metropoli just doesn't attract to me anymore. If I want to visit once more The Prado museum in Madrid I can just hop on a plane, train or bus (or drive) and spend a weekend there or in any other city. But to live, I prefer a more relaxing city even though it rains quite a bit here. You can't have everything I guess. Did I answer your question? The regions of Asturias, Cantabria, Basque, La Rioja and Aragon are also nice to live in, or so I think. I only visited them as a tourist. Best wishes.

I have question about Alicante. I feel really confused. I was living there for about 2/3 weeks. Not in hotel but in the flat. Almost everyone speaks Spanish. There was no english speakers and when somebody saw that you are foreign, they feel confused and a surprised. What's more, almost every bigger house or villa were abandoned or sold. Sometimes it looks like a ghost town. I was there in June 2018. Why this creator of this video has got so different opinion about this town? Btw what about Canary Islands or Galicia? Do you believe that it is a better place for a living ?
Bilbao, clean, nice arquitecture, culture, nice food, amazing public transport, really easy going people. Lower unemployement rate. International airport nearby, beach in a 25 minutes by public transport. Green mountains all around. I'm from Valencia, nice city but unfortunatelly doesn't reach Bilbao's standarts
@Muhanad Alzoubi your choice is good, Valencia is worth visiting , unless you don't stand the humid heat, anyway what I meant on my last coment is that if I had to choose a city to live between Valencia and Bilbao I would go definetively for Bilbao since it stands a higher standard of living, nevertheless Valencia is a good choice if you want to enjoy the mediterranean culture

Anyone interested in the weather in these cities should look at the weather charts in Wikipedia. The weather information in the video seems to be a mixture of average highs, average temperatures, daily averages and I don't know what else. Madrid, for example, in January has an average daily high of 9.7º C and an average daily low of 2.7º C. Granada has some nights every winter with temperatures below -5º C and a record low of -13.4º C. 10:26 shows a beach with coconut palms supposedly in Ibiza. There are no coconut palms growing outdoors in Spain except in the Canary Islands.
@@xalau5270 I'm sorry, you are mistaken. The palms in the famous Palmeral of Elche are date palms (Phoenix dactylifera), which are much hardier than coconut palms. There is an excellent article about the Palmeral of Elche in Wikipedia. As I said, there are no coconut palms growing outdoors in Spain, except in the Canary Islands. There are no coconut palms growing outdoors anywhere in Europe (the Canary Islands are geographically a part of Africa).
@@xalau5270 Thank you for your humorous reply. If you don't think there is a difference between a coconut palm and a date palm, then go to the grocery store and compare a date to a coconut. Do you actually believe that these come from the same tree?

The first university of Spain is in Philippines and the architecture is so beautiful. So that's why the architecture is beautiful because it is the Spain's university
Just wanted to say that this video only shows some aspects of each city, and it doesn't mention, for example, unemployment (if you want to live there you will probably want to work), cost of living, political situation at the moment, as well as the per capita, other economical factors, if it's a safe city, and all of that. I think this video only shows the most visited cities in Spain.
Not quite sure if the people who made the video have actually be in Spain. I am from Spain and: 1. Winter in Madrid is pretty cold with temperature going below 0 often. Scratching ice from the car windows is very normal. Not every day in summer is above 40 though, only when a heat wave hits. 2. Madrid is pretty expensive being rents higher than in cities like Munich. So is Barcelona and probably San Sebastian too. 3 The north of Spain is not sunny, it is chilly, rainy and cloudy, beautiful though.
Nice video, but I’d say you missed Bilbao, what can I say? I’m from Bilbao after all.! But guys, just forgive this man because there are plenty of nice cities to live in Spain so he would have needed a much longer video. Viva España!
man, as an American this humbles me. i sometimes stumble on these videos of other countries and realize how great it i have it in America. i would love visiting some of these places, but living? WOW! i dont know how you people do it
well there are a lot of people who will never want to live in the USA as well, especially knowing that you will have to worry about all those shootings
And not a single mention to tbe Canary Islands, the region with actual godlike weather all year round and a top choice among migrants from all over Europe. (Or expats, as some people call them)
I made my home here as soon as I was able. When I walk into a bar, I say hello and everyone greets me. It´s the same in the dentist´s waiting room, all are included. I like that. New arrivals in England should remember when they board a train or tube, to shake hands with everyone in the carriage,
The best places to live in Spain are 1. Burgos 2. Soria 3. Logroño 4. Teruel 5. Toledo 6. Arrecife de Lanzarote 7. Avilés 8. Telde 9. Orense 10. Cuenca

Poor video to be fair.
Spain in all countries of the World , has the verynice beaches for having an excursion and to explore!
*I am blessed the moment God allow me to be born in Spain*

Yes, most of Spain is pretty amazing ... Valencia is my fsvourite (and what about the Canaries ?)
this is my dream country
Welcome 😀
Wow!
Spain have amazing places to go and they have so beautiful lauguage!
Bilbao, clean, nice arquitecture, culture, nice food, amazing public transport, really easy going people.
Lower unemployement rate.
International airport nearby, beach in a 25 minutes by public transport. Green mountains all around.
I'm from Valencia, nice city but unfortunatelly doesn't reach Bilbao's standarts
Marcos Ferrer agree with that, also love Valencia, but the north coast is special.
The atlantic is too cold to swim i like mediterranian sea more
@@erkanberk1909 yes that's true
God Spain is awesome and so is this list. Thank you x

I live din Madrid when I was in university. I am planing on retiring in Madrid. I fell in love with Spain. I visit Spain at least every 2- 3 years. Salutations from USA,

Is there no room left in Florida to retire?
Well, good for you. I know Latin and French and was able to decode that. Am I acceptable?
Santiago de Compostela, Toledo, Salamanca, Soria, Ávila, Zaragoza, Islas Canarias, Cádiz, Córdoba, Cuenca and many, many more cities are beautiful in Spain and you forgot them!
Totally agree!
Las 3000 Viviendas in Seville is a beautiful area of Spain, friendly locals at very reasonable prices with a cosmopolitan feel about it.
The service staff i Seville is shite
Anyone interested in the weather in these cities should look at the weather charts in Wikipedia. The weather information in the video seems to be a mixture of average highs, average temperatures, daily averages and I don't know what else. Madrid, for example, in January has an average daily high of 9.7º C and an average daily low of 2.7º C. Granada has some nights every winter with temperatures below -5º C and a record low of -13.4º C. 10:26 shows a beach with coconut palms supposedly in Ibiza. There are no coconut palms growing outdoors in Spain except in the Canary Islands.
Yes, in Elche there are coconut palms
@@xalau5270 I'm sorry, you are mistaken. The palms in the famous Palmeral of Elche are date palms (Phoenix dactylifera), which are much hardier than coconut palms. There is an excellent article about the Palmeral of Elche in Wikipedia. As I said, there are no coconut palms growing outdoors in Spain, except in the Canary Islands. There are no coconut palms growing outdoors anywhere in Europe (the Canary Islands are geographically a part of Africa).
@@jhbledsoe potato, potatoe
@@xalau5270 Thank you for your humorous reply. If you don't think there is a difference between a coconut palm and a date palm, then go to the grocery store and compare a date to a coconut. Do you actually believe that these come from the same tree?

Ibiza for all year around? You really don't want to do that...
Southern spain can be pretty cold in the winter, especially in the shade
I would not recommend any Spanish city until covid 19 is over
yeah It’s a worldwide virus now...
I want to go to Spain some day and see Barca play 🔴 🔵 🇪🇸 ⚽️ beautiful country and city

"Glorious weather practically all year round"? This guy has never been to Mallorca in February.

Hi
The best video of this nature well done 👍
Buscan " a place under the sun".
Le doy un 7 sobre 10.
Thanks for your great effort in making videos if it is possible I wanna ask you build a video for France like what you had done for other countries keep going 🌹🌹🙏🙏
The last thing i want in spain are expat communities and british produce lmao

Hello
Let make it happen murfinun@gmail.com
You forgot practically all the north cities, like Santander, Santiago de Compostela, Gijón... Spain isn't only the touristic south cities
let them go to south
Wow I agree I look at Spanish properties to move and Alicante and Palma de Mallorca are my favs
Great vid..thank you very much for posting
The first university of Spain is in Philippines and the architecture is so beautiful. So that's why the architecture is beautiful because it is the Spain's university
Just wanted to say that this video only shows some aspects of each city, and it doesn't mention, for example, unemployment (if you want to live there you will probably want to work), cost of living, political situation at the moment, as well as the per capita, other economical factors, if it's a safe city, and all of that. I think this video only shows the most visited cities in Spain.
Not quite sure if the people who made the video have actually be in Spain.
I am from Spain and:
Nice video. You are probably the first English speaking person I saw that knows how to pronounce the "c".
Great video ,many thanks I agree Spain very beautiful and very romantic country.
Hi
Nice video, but I’d say you missed Bilbao, what can I say? I’m from Bilbao after all.! But guys, just forgive this man because there are plenty of nice cities to live in Spain so he would have needed a much longer video. Viva España!
Well said ! Bilbao is A magical city and I’ve travelled a lot around Spain ! I think the winter time is the only downside .
yeah In the winter lots of rain and occasionally snow . Beautiful place but like most of northern Spain not great in winter
Bilbao is magnificent..one of my favourite cities in the world. Fantastic food, open hearted people and possibly the best Soul Weekender in Europe x
man, as an American this humbles me. i sometimes stumble on these videos of other countries and realize how great it i have it in America. i would love visiting some of these places, but living? WOW! i dont know how you people do it
well there are a lot of people who will never want to live in the USA as well, especially knowing that you will have to worry about all those shootings
New arrivals in England should remember when they board a train or tube, to shake hands with everyone in the carriage,
Please make more video's of European countries
Fantastic , thank you.
The best places to live in Spain are
1. Burgos
2. Soria
3. Logroño
4. Teruel
5. Toledo
6. Arrecife de Lanzarote
7. Avilés
8. Telde
9. Orense
10. Cuenca

The first picture of Valencia, isn't Valencia, it is a city called Xativa, in the Valencian Community, 60 km from Valencia. Beautiful city as well, with an incredible castle and the modern bullring.
I've visited 6 of these cities and found Granada the best. Small and amazing. San Sebastian is beautiful too but the people are not welcoming at all and had few incidents which made us leave it on the same day to France.
Wonderful Spain
I love Spain❤
Would love to visit someday
Yes, West 23rd St in Manhattan is a great Seville shoppers paradise!! Paging an editor.

What about zaragoza
