    Jain Paneer Masala Recipe:
    For the Paste:
    Oil - 1 tbsp
    Green Cardamom - 2 nos
    Bay Leaves - 1 no
    Tomato (roughly cut) - 3 nos
    Salt - ½ tsp
    Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
    Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
    Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
    Cashew - 10 nos
    Other Ingredients:
    Ghee - 2 tbsp
    Capscium (diced) - 1 Cup
    Cumin - ½ tsp
    Asafoetida - A Pinch
    Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
    Water - 1 Cup
    Sugar - 1 tsp
    Paneer (cubes) - 200 grams
    Garam Masala Powder - ½ tsp
    Kasuri Methi - ½ tsp
    Cooking Instructions:
    1. In a pan, heat oil and add all the ingredients for the paste. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes or until the tomatoes have softened fully. Keep stirring at intervals.
    2. Allow the mixture to cool, then grind into a smooth paste.
    3. Heat ghee in another pan and add the capsicum. Saute on high heat for 1 minute. Remove from the pan and set aside.
    4. In the same pan on low heat, add cumin, asafoetida and red chilli powder. Allow it to cook for a few seconds, then add the prepared tomato paste.
    5. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes. Then add sugar and water to adjust the consistency, then cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
    6. Add the paneer cubes, sauteed capsicum, garam masala powder and Kasuri methi. Cook for 2 more minutes and then serve!

      when you care cow like a mother and also taking care of there calf inspite male \ female till death. ..just like गोशाला...cows milk, dahi, gobar, mutra, ghi this five thing are most auspicious in sanatan dharma. ..god himself is cowherd servent krishna. .he has over 9 lakh cows. .and just try to understand our whole oldest civiliazation economy is just dependant on cow and farming. .and we are the richest. .just try to read about our indian culture scripture. .the people who introduce this and not eat cows product they has no culture (wersten world) eating beaf is normal in wersten world. .and here god say in geeta. .the person who is intellectual and humble sees brahman, cow, elephant, dog, and the eater of dog with equal vision he is real scoller. ..hope you get some idea. .im starving because i need to learn recipee and eat it 😅😅
