aw, i hope they buff mimog's transporting speed/pickup range to make it worth the grind, i love the little guy and was so hyped to hear he finally had a cool use
A Faleris Noct would be an undisputed Transport God, though would sadly miss out on Kindling and Watering that current Faleris' have unless the devs have the mercy to multitype. Mimog may not be the fastest or strongest but they are, among the four transporting candidates, the cutest. Which palworld lore places as a Virtue.
What’s cool for the case of Faleris is that the Pal Critics give you two Transport books, so you can make two transporting Faleris without having to participate in the insane book drop grind. If you want more though, I really recommend either setting supply drops timers to happen every 1 minute, or if you’re on PC, a mod to increase book drop rates.
I was told Xbox and ps5 could have access to nods not but I dont play on console so I can't confirm if it's true or not. Yeah I would recommend everyone to at least get the Faleris with a book as it's so much better.
Awesome video! Was a little surprised mimog didnt live up to the hype, but it does take quite a while to not only return items to a chest, but also to turn around and decide on a new job, so the results make sense. Ty for these tests! ❤
I had assumed these by taking a look at paldb, but its great to see it tested. The other test that would be interesting to see is the performance with nocturnal / dark type. For example, Faleris without nocturnal, again with nocturnal and finaly Vanwyrm / Vanwyrm Cyst, while they the dark / nocturnal ones work until the morning
Vampiric is a straight upgrade of Nocturnal, with additional lifesteal for free under the same passive. With the ability books you can upgrade Mimog to level 5 Transport work suitability, making it the best in the game for transporting since it has the fastest move speed.
I think you need to rematch the video. Mimog lost to Faleris when deposits g from a rance which a pal can only pick up 1 item at a time. So if they both have lvl 40 trans picking up 40 items at a time mimog will still lose
Mimog got an acceleration period if watched closely. So unless long paths over more height, like stairs and such, mimog always loses. Also its transport speed Is 450. Do ot needs to accelerate beyond speed first, and make up enogh distance for every transport, that it'll stay ahead while it transports with lower speed. And if that's the case, the base is just built very unpractical to begin with. And at that point, none of them really save another slot in any base. Use 5 helzephyr, vanwyrm or faleris, in the end you'll still need the same number of transport pals. Pick those that you like within the "good enogh" category
The problem with big pals has always been getting stuck to random objects, so the smaller pals would fare much better. But now with the new update, it seems all bets are off! The bigger the pal, the better, it can just out range anything a small pal can without getting stuck. Even my alpha reptyro cryst can now 'phase through' a wooden door!
i value falaris not only for transporting but as well as a kindler, and once i get my falaris to level 5 in both they will replace my spicy pool noodles, mainly because i don't like that my spicy pool noodles are not doing anything while at my base when they are not smelting ignots so for me falaris is an improvement.
Yeah, a maxed out Faleris would be 1 of the best dual-task pals in the game and not crazy grind. It could easily serve as your kindler when you want while being the best transport whenever you're not kindling

Faleris (and aqua) are definitely the winner. I had prior said that Vanwyrm would be the best based on transporting speed, but that failed to account for the return trip. Faleris has a transport speed of 500, while Vanwyrm has a speed of 475, so with Nimble (10%) over Nocturnal Vanwyrm should get to 522 and beat Faleris. HOWEVER, Faleris has a normal run speed of 1000 vs Vanwyrm at 700 so the AVERAGE trip speed is 750 for Faleris and 587 for Vanwyrm, taking into account Nimble Vanwyrm only reaches an average of 646, meaning Faleris is almost 100 faster even with Nocturnal.
@bobnewkirk7003 It's been like that with a few of my videos recently as people clearly don't understand. I did think about stopping doing these tests as they take forever, but then they would get what they want.

@ Faleris vs Mimog, in single tranporting items from a rance meaning they can only pick up 1 item at a time so work suitability doesn't matter in this test. But if everyone WERE on the same playing field, with max work suitability and all possible speed passives, Mimimog DEFINITELY beats Falaris in distance transportation.
Someone out there will make a video of it first and then it’ll be all over your channel and discord to prove you wrong about your presumptions if you don’t prove it now.
@ Faleris vs Mimog, in single tranporting items from a rance meaning they can only pick up 1 item at a time so work suitability doesn't matter in this test.
Fareris beats mimog as Fareris can have Legend while Mimog can't obtain Legend.
Fareris is larger so Fareris can deposit from further away and pick up from further away while mimog has to stand on top of the item and chest.
Increase there work suitability level only increases the amount of items they can pick up so becasue Faleris is faster then Mimog when its 1 item only, Faleris will still be faster when they''re picking up 40 items at a time, it changes nothing.
No one will make a video stating that Mimog is faster as he isn't and no my channel will never be over because someone who doesn't understand is typing in the comments crying🤣
Also I won't be playing Palworld for the rest of my life and I have nearly 5k subs, it's not like I have a big channel in the 1st place.
I think you need to rewatch the video but this time open your eyes and pay attention.
P.s sorry for being harsh I thought it was still the 1st commentor
first!
Bravo
Not 1st😢
@EstelleTheDon 😂
Lmfao guys, use what you want 😂 the % hardly matter in single player
It does matter for players who don't change the settigs
No, it’s not neither one of them are it’s Anubis
lol anubis didn't even come close that why he's not even in the video
