This is so cool! I'm gathering the supplies needed to make recycled paper and I love that you can make cardstock like paper say for scrap booking but then a thinner paper for drawing
Love your papers!! ....any tips on how to sell handmade papers...I see a ton of videos on making but can't find any on how to start a little side hustle in selling it, be the selling platform, packaging etc etc ....
I have found handmade paper is very fascinating. Although I'm still very new to this. I can't wait to dive into. TY for sharing. I just have one question for you.? Before adding paper to the blender is it just water that goes into the wetmix.?
Hi Sharmane! May I know if it’s possible to fold these handmade (soft) papers and make them into a journal insert? Bcs some handmade papers would break when we fold them..
Hi ms shacee, been watching your vids for a while now and I would just like to suggest that you turn the volume of your voice a bit higher bc whenever I get an ad it would just startle me for I have set my volume to the highest to hear u :( thank u, love your vids tho regardless
How good is this soft paper when it comes to pencils? I love using pencil sketches in the sketchbooks I have, and making my own sounds like a dream! But the paper I've made and seen soo far have all been null when it comes to pencil. Then again, all the paper I've seen that has failed the pencil sketch have all been thick.
depends on the structural integrity of your final paper. if your pulp is fine, it will not break and will simply be like regular paper. i advise you make sure the pulp is fine when you make them and do not make it to thick. but yes, i’ve made envelopes using handmade paper.
Hi, amazing, but I've got a question and maybe someone can help me. Every time I try and make paper it always sticks to my mesh, what should I do so it doesn't stick?
I hang dry them! You can check my other videos to see how I dry them. 🧡 as for colors I saw others using acrylic :) but I personally prefer colored scraps
I keep wondering if this technique would help in trying to make toilet paper in case we have another pandemic.😢😂😮 The idea has been there since the pandemic started.
the razors are at the very bottom of the blender, it is good to have the physical awareness of making sure the blender is off when you do this. otherwise if you aren't comfortable, feel free to use a spoon or ladle to check your pulp.

OMG THANK YOU! i’ve been having trouble with making my paper cause they come out so crusty and thick 😣
Hopefully this helps!
Did it help?
@Karter Harper no one cares
Crusty and thick is awesome though. I used saw dust so mine smells like cottonwood. Great for layering collage on junk journal pages. :)
You need to put more amount of water and less the paper puree..then the paper will become thin and soft
Yess thank you for this video!! I'm excited to try making my own paper
Unreal 😍🥰. I sooo in LOVE with that PAPER😍💖❣️
i'm ready for it!!! making my pulp!!!!!! txxx
Great and helpful tips. Thanks!
Thank you for the ideas.
how do you dye paper white so its not a grey look to it?

I've not really used the papers for sketching or drawing, more on decorative. But I've successfully created a stack where we printed using inkjet. ;)
Keep up the good job!
Thank you 🧡
Hello thank ypu for the video, i just wanna ask where did you buy your mould and deckle? Please answer
What's that screen used in the mould? What the material? Tell me pls😕
a what point do you add the pressed flowers and other decors?
So nice
Hello! Can I fold them afterwards and put them in envelopes? Or will they break?

HEY is it possible to make a sketchbook with this paper? How easy is it to draw on?
Hi sorry I am sure I saw one of your videos using sizing, do you have a recipe for that? or know where I can find it ? Thanks
hi! i’ve experimented with sizing personally, but haven’t gotten around to making a video about it. I’m still in the experimenting phase myself!
Can we write on them? Yea
Hi, amazing, but I've got a question and maybe someone can help me. Every time I try and make paper it always sticks to my mesh, what should I do so it doesn't stick?
Try the wet towel method, watch my other video to see what i mean ruclips.net/video/UAlsnuAWEws/видео.html
Thank you! How do you dry them, and is there a way to make them a different color without using different colored paper scraps?
I hang dry them! You can check my other videos to see how I dry them. 🧡 as for colors I saw others using acrylic :) but I personally prefer colored scraps
Excited much ? Yes I am. Though I will be asleep in 4 hours 🤣 damn it
Haha! Welp, this should be good to watch while sipping your morning coffee!
How you dry these papers?bcz when i try to dry them, wet paper damages☹
Check out my other handmade paper videos, i used an iron to dry them. :)
What do you do with the extra paper paste in the water? Like do you dump it? Or save it?
Watch my latest video, I answer frequently asked questions, including this one, about papermaking there.

The idea has been there since the pandemic started.
Would it work using animal waste as pulp, you know the elephant poo paper?
I'm not sure. I've not ventured on raw plant matter yet.
So the soft thin paper is good for writing/doodle...?
Yes it's like regular print paper about 80-90gsm
Thank you. Exaclty what I needed. Quick, to the point and very informative.😁
I also made paper
Hi, I want to ask. How to remove the inks if I want to make blank paper sheet? thank you in advanced
I don't remove the inks 🤔 i use them as they are.
Can you achieve soft hand made paper without using a deckle 🤔?
I'm not sure. 😅
Can i use mixer instead of blender?
I'm not quite sure about that. I haven't tried it.
Nice
We have issues with Japanese knotweed..as it takes over everything..I wonder if anyone has ever thought about making it into paper?
what kind of screen is this? The ones I am finding are very cheaply made. I don't want it to break and to waste any money.
where did you dry the papers?
hi! You can watch my other handmade paper tutorials for the full process. 🤗
you made me nervous sticking your hands straight in the blender like that
