Appreciate you big dawg just paid for my diagnosis 200.00 from dodge told me it was the alternator. Said 1149.50 was so that they could do it I can't afford that but I can afford 180.00 for new alternator and do it myself
@@JonIngle84 I’m looking at the diagram for the 3.6. It looks like it’s not in the same place go on. Go on Google type in 3.6 alternator look at the diagram it shows that it’s located on the upper side of the motor
@@JonIngle84 I am so sorry for the late reply OK what you can do is go on Google type in belt pattern for a dodge journey 3.6 or 2.4 it will come up in a diagram it’s free please do not pay for a diagram and it shows how to route the belt back on and again I’m so sorry for the late reply.

U didn’t show how to put the belt on or the connection for the power

You should do a video on how to remove the belt and put it back on also

U have to really push on that red clip I pushed mine out but it goes right back in I had to use a flat head to push it up
