In this series of episodes... it was not possible to solve the issue immediately and more episodes will be created 🤣 repair of a wood shredder.
The shredder failed and I don't know under what circumstances or what exactly happened. So diagnostics is difficult, and repair attempts have already been made, which does not make it easier to determine the extent of damage and the primary source of the failure. But maybe it won't be so bad? 😎
However, during the test something was revealed about the device, namely that there must be something wrong with the electrical control panel. Fortunately, I don't have to bother opening the entire device 😁

In this part of the series 🤣 repairs or, you could say, refreshing the contacts are undertaken, maybe this will extend the life of the device until something else fails. Although, considering the general condition of the device, it has not processed much MTH. Although if it worked continuously under overload, it could have hit the burner and therefore burned out the contacts 🤔

Nigdy, przenigdy nie naprawiaj tych łączników. Nadpalenia niszczą powierzchnię styków nieodwracalnie. Same blaszki miedziane ulegają "rozmiękczeniu" i wyginają się powodując iskrzenie. I sprawa finansowa: łącznik taki można zakupić już za 3 zł 15zł to już górna półka.

Tak jak mówiłem w filmie, „dziwne że w takim dobrym stanie” bo tak jak mówisz nie raz to wygląda jak by bomba tam wybuchła 🤣
Tak samo mówiłem że naprawiam coś za 5 PLN przez prawie godzinę 🤣 uzasadniony interes po całości 🤪

Ten przełącznik był bardziej skomplikowany niż poprzednie nad którymi siedziałem 😎
Ale jak człowiek coś zbudował to zawsze jest droga to naprawić poprzez nie destruktywne rozebranie, choć czasem do trzech razy sztuka 🤣

To jest mały krok dla człowieka, ale wielki skok dla niszczarki 😁 Fajnie, fajnie 👍 Tylko jak nie dopieścisz komutatora w wirniku to cały wysiłek pójdzie na marne, przy takim iskrzeniu długo nie pociągnie 😏

Tak jak w filmie mówiłem „dziwne że nic wytopionego nie było” bo nie raz robisz odbudowę nie istniejących rzeczy 🤣

Dokładnie 😁 choć iskrzenie brało się z błędów w okablowaniu 🤣 ale to już w kolejnej części serialu 🤣 tylko nie wiem czy to będzie jeden odcinek czy dwa z tego 😎
