By that point The Fire Nation would have already taken over the city, captured or even killed the Earth King, & forced the Gaang to retreat & hide somewhere else since they wouldn't be able to get the Earth Kingdom army to help them. Also, back in Season 1, when they were at the Northern Air Temple there was a blink & you'll miss it drawing the mechanist was working on & it was the blueprints for this giant drill. I guess even though he stopped working for The Fire Nation, they were able to build the drill without him.
Great back to back episodes. Zuko and Jet was an interesting interaction to see. As the two team up to get steal some food for tge refugees on the ship. And now that he figured out Zuko and Iroh are Firebenders. It great to see Suki. And I'm happy to see Sokka being able to overcome his guilt for not being able to save Princess Yue.Toph, having a crush on Sokka and mistakenly kissing Suki when she saved her was a funny moment. Great to see Aang finally cheer up after seeing the birth of the couple baby. The fight between Aang and Azula was an amazing moment. But anyway I hope you two have a wonderful day. A lot of people gloss over this, but this also the first time Azula lost a 1 v 1 in battle and Aamg didn't even need the Avatar State to do it. Aang is a badass

As far as I know, only speed matters. I'm told that water has to be moved at about a thousand meters per second to be able to cut and even then it needs abrasive particles mixed with it.
I guess I'm reluctant to call water "sharp" since it's a liquid. Water ice, maybe... but I'm guessing by "sharp" you actually mean "thin" or "narrow". Yes, a narrow stream of water will cut more efficiently. It's also easier to accelerate it up to the required speed for cutting.

The only same sex kiss in Avatar and Korra…. Honestly i wouldn’t be surprised is Suki has been kissed by other girls before. Side note that scene to me is one of the more glaring moments where you cwn tell there is a serious age game between the actors of Toph and Sokka vs Suki. What i mean is that Suki sounds like a grown woman where Tooh sounds like a twelve year old. Suki’s actress was around thirty when she recorded this. It shows sometimes.

I'm assuming if you make your water sharper though, it would need less speed, and we don't know how sharp they can waterbend.
