These were all the question I was asked thank you so much for this! It helped me prepare so I was less nervous . It also asked me a about a time when a customer or individual said no. And if I was able to get them to change their mind and how I did that
Just finished the video interview and every single one of these questions were asked. I wrote all my answers to these questions in the notepad app on my computer and then when asked the questions, I already had my answers. Hopefully I get the position because I hear progressive is an excellent company to work for. Thank you for providing these questions! I struggle with anxiety so being able to prepare my thoughts prior to starting the interview was a lot better.
Thank you. I wish I have seeing videos like this before my video interview. I didn't pass. This were similar questions. I got nervous. English is not my first language, so my articulation was not really good at times. I applied again, I have a great CV and experience, the assessment for me was easy. They sent me an email yesterday to do another video LOL. I wish someone can help me by writing the answers so I can study them and articulate better!! Thank you.
I just took the same behavior video interview through Hervir, for 2024 April Bilingual Call Center. Exact same written questions @YeseniaBrizuela wrote down. The only different wording I got was Difficult Customer rather than Demanding customer But you can use the same story for both. There are 8 questions total and the one missing in her comments was about Tell about a time a customer told you no and you made her say yes in purchasing a product. (not exact wording) I had found the job listing online, and have used Hirvue before but still recording is cringy and hard to record yourself with good outcome. When doing the questions, you press play on a video that reads the question and after the person is done reading you get 59secs to prep before the 3sec count down of the video recording automatically. Then you get to watch that recording and the choice of a redo. If you do the redo, it's the 3sec countdown automatically and then when times up the video gets sent without you seeing it or getting a redo. Next screen is for you to press play on the video for the next question to be read.
@@anthony91657There is no set amount given to redo. But the recording is up to 3 mins, once 3mins are up it stops recording and you can either submit or redo. But with redoing it submits automatically. For both, you can stop recording yourself if it’s before the 3mins

Progressive sent me a video link to see how to answer the questions in the STAR format. Go to their youtube channel. You have to answer the questions tailored to your background so make sure you have the STAR method down.
Here is our video on the STAR method but there are plenty of great videos! ruclips.net/video/xwN2uu9DmSE/видео.htmlsi=QCeRI7C_09qZkToW If progressive have their own set of tips as @pineapplecrushme3216 mentions definitely worth checking out!
The questions are pre-recorded by the interviewer. Once they ask you the question then you will be able to record your answer and review your answer before you press submit. Hope this helps.
Hey there! The number of questions asked depends on the department and role you are applying to, but usually it's between 3 and 5. CV is short for "curriculum vitae", it's just another word for resume. Good luck with your application!
Hi Marlena! The exact questions change all the time, so we can't guarantee you'll face the ones in the video. However, these are questions that have been asked in the past! Good luck on your interview!
Well, it seems that Angela is a bit sour because she probably failed it and she’s going to blame the RUclips video. How would the guy that made this video know that they are not going to change the questions?
I messed up on my first question because my phone rang, does anyone know if they will allow me to do it over if I contact them? can someone give me the contact information or do I just respond to the invite email?
I don't know which position you applied for but claims adjuster you get to re-record your answer for each question. If you have completed it they aren't going to let you go back and re-record.
Are these questions the same in 2023? I have a claims adjuster trainee interview soon.
