I dont abide with the no good or evil thing. There has to be a moral compass you follow, and rules to follow also.

@@thecarbonitejedi I don’t fault you guys for trying to bring a positive spin to it. I was five when I saw Star Wars for the first time. It’s been a part of my life and I went into TV and film because of it, so I completely admit to having reached a point where the only thing I feel these days from Disney Star Wars is apathy. I loved Andor. I also liked Rogue One. The chant, the power of one, the power of to the power of many had us rolling on the ground, laughing with tears coming out of our eyes. Having worked in the industry, some of us as writers as well as camera operators in associate producer type gigs, we realize if we had stuck around we’d be the best writers in the industry right now. Not because we’re the best writers, but because the writers that they have in the industry right now are so bad. Syd Field must be turning over in his grave every 45 minutes.
My biggest issue is at the beginning of my career I worked for an affiliate owned by Disney. One of the bigger ones. Seeing how they treated people, ran their businesses and when they started purchasing popular IPs and companies like Pixar, I knew they were going to destroy them.
No different with Amazon.
They talk about cultural appropriation yet they’ve literally taken the culture of the UK, America and other European countries and attempted to make it into something. It wasn’t meant to be. There’s enough talent for people to create new projects to embrace our growing culture in the west. When you Attempt to change intellectual properties that are embedded into the culture to the degree Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Indiana Jones, Robin Hood and King Arthur are you run the risk of losing your fans. Then they turned around and blamed the fans by calling us racist, Nazi, xenophobe and homophobes. It’s like is suddenly the playground during fifth grade. What the hell happened?
So I’ll keep watching, but it’s gotten to the point where I just don’t care anymore outside of making fun of it. It’s so poorly done and if they do something good like Andor, I have no problem in stating it. What they’ve done to their own company, their investors, their employees and their own Legacy is bizarre.

The Battle for Endor is a classic! I want to do a live watch on my channel. If you are interested, contact me on instagram and I can get you on the pannel! Wilford Brimley will always be one of my favorites also! One movie I loved him in was The Thing with Kurt Russell!
It truly is a bad Star Wars show that exists and one I don’t plan to watch it all
I can respect that. I think there are positives of the show, just not enough. The script is not really good. I think the mystery about the Sith, if it is even a Sith is what is making me hold on.
