    RECIPE for rolls with garlic, spring onions and butter.
    Sift 500 g flour.
    10g salt.

    Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel.
    Leave the dough on the work surface for 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle the table with flour.
    Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
    Dough diameter 21 cm.
    Put the filling on the dough.
    Seal the edges of the dough.
    Press the dough down with your hand.
    Dough diameter 16 cm.
    Do the same with all the dough.
    Place the dough on a baking tray with baking paper.
    Press the buns with your hand.
    Cover the dough with cling film.
    Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
    The first 2 rolls:
    Use a tablespoon to make a pattern on the dough.
    Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
    Brush the rolls with a mixture of 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
    Sprinkle the buns with white sesame seeds.
    Second 2 rolls:
    I made 7 punctures in each with a wooden stick.
    Brush the rolls with a mixture of 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
    Sprinkle the buns with white sesame seeds.
    Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
    The buns are ready!
