You have gorgeous skin...you look way younger than most women our age, and you definitely don't look 39! You're on the right track with using a retinol cream at night and wearing daily spf. The only thing I would add is a good vitamin C serum! The Ordinary makes a fantastic vit c ( vit c suspension 23%) that is extremely affordable. You can combine it with retinol at night too!

I hope your surgery went well! The best advice I have post op is walk a lot! The gas will be horrible but the more you walk the better it gets. You got this girl! I'm so happy for you !
