Just made this today and it is so easy to make it keto with sweetener and so silky smooth and yummy. I’ve just added to my cookbook. I will be making this again and again and again. Thank you
I made this recipe many times and it’s my favorite recipe for a simple custard! It comes out perfectly every time. I cut up fresh fruit or I make a syrup to pour on top. It’s delicious!
I saw in another recipe she prefers Confectioners sugar because it dissolves almost instantly without stirring. Thanks!!! I have chickens so I get over 2 dozen eggs DAILY! I need ideas!
For mine I don’t know if I wrap them too tightly in foil but it always has water on top . Also , should I not let it stay on warm and cool for 10 ? Should I turn it of and time it myself watching they pressure value ? Should I let them cool completely before refrigerating them?
i know Im asking the wrong place but does anyone know of a tool to get back into an Instagram account?? I somehow forgot my login password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me
@Samuel Lionel I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
Great recipe. I want to make this in my 3 qt IP using a single 4 inch Dia ramekin. How many minutes should I cook it in a 4 inch pan? Thanks. You make excellent videos.
Nope. Still soupy. Maybe because I have the original Instant pot?? Is the newer one different? I put them back in and trying 1 minute on high pressure with 10 minute natural release. Update to follow...Came out perfect!! Thank you for the video.
I did mess it up somewhat. Attempting a less sugary custard, I used only 1/4 cup sugar. Tasted alright while still a liquid but once cooked, it was not like a dessert. I had to put a bit of maple syrup over the custard which defeated the custard flavour. I will make it again and stick to the recipe. Also, I've rarely used my instant pot so I did press 'cancel' but then I let the thing slow release and I probably should have turned the pressure knob immediately. But I thank you for your excellent video/recipe demonstration.
Hi, I haven't tried it but there are many people who use powdered stevia extract and other sweeteners. You would have to research the exact quantity before using in this recipe :)

I did the same thing in the oven. That took 1 hr and I had water separation. I wish I had saw this video first.
What was the point of getting the instant pot just to heat up milk ???
can you make this without real sugar but instead sweetner? thanks for upload.
