Thanx bro, because I'm just checking if I actually deleted the app with no name or icon, I deleted the app in the settings a few days ago before I searched and found this video (just like the 1st method) and because I accidentally downloaded the file 2 times I was just checking if I downloaded the 2nd app too, it appears that the 2nd app is deleted with the 1st because I think they have the same file (I think the file was download1 and download1-1) or I just didn't install the 2nd one

and another way of finding that app is when you see an add
press the homescreen button and go to your recent apps and long press the app and it will bring you straight to the settings

For users,if you have installed from chrome for hacking or scripts,if it's mb is from 1 or into kb,and you got screen ads automatically and you also can't see logo and name,
1st step=you should go to settings and search apps and found it and delete.
2nd step=you should go in your phone security and scan virus and do it 100% or it will be worth nothing,he will tell you high risk apps,delete the app with no icon and logo.solved🎉🎉

Mine did not have the uninstall button so I went into my favorite file viewing app which is x-plore and went into installed apps then it was at the very top. I then tapped and held my finger and clicked delete then the phone asked me if I wanted to uninstall it and I tapped yes. The bad app is now gone. I remember using es file explorer a few years back but it was not as easy to use whereas x-plore is. So give it a try and see if you like it. If you have a samsung phone, it already has it's own file viewing app called my files. The removal process is the same for all of the file viewing apps. I hope this helps you guys. I was freaking out for hours until I figured this out.
