    1/2 cup Half & Half or Whole Milk
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    1 tbsp Honey
    Strawberry Banana Smoothie
    2 cups Strawberries
    1 banana
    1/2 cup greek yogurt
    1/2 cup chia seeds
    1 cup Whole milk
    1 tbsp Honey
    Chocolate Ice Cream Smoothie
    3/4 cup Whole milk

      @@MoeCamera i mean if you're fat then I understand being afraid of sugar but most people watching her videos are underweight and lacking essential nutrients so this is a massive step in the right direction than not eating anything at all.

      I have high hopes, but consistency is not me strong point. I went from 104 to 77pounds in three months for 5.7 feet 😢

    For my plant based babies, or dairy free, use canned coconut milk in the place of whole milk. 1 CAN of coconut can be anywhere from 500-700 calories alone :)

      @@adore469 I get the imperial dragon brand from Walmart. It’s the sweetened kind that’s for cookies and desserts and such. It comes in a blue can. I hope this helps

      @@adore469 I also know that my mistake with coconut milk when I first started was that I would find cans that would be 200 calories per serving size and one can of coconut milk can be anywhere for 3-4 servings. You just have to do some multiplication to see what one actual calories of the entire can is

    Girl, thanks so much for making these videos about your weight gain journey and giving us recipes + tips. It's really appreciated 💕 Towards the end of September this year, I decided to push myself to eat more because I'd lost weight from stress. I was getting way too thin and worrying about my health. It's been over two months now and I've gained 9 of the 13 pounds minimum that was my goal. It's important to have people like you who not only share ways to gain weight but also give encouragement and motivation 😊

    That second smoothie, that's a lot of chia seeds..Wasn't it upsetting your stomach to eat that much dry seeds? For the ones reading this, you should soak your chia seeds before consuming them. They absorb lots of water so if consumed dry, they can cause constipation.. Or make sure to drink LOTS of water!

      Hope this helps!! Try to have 2,800 - 3000 calories a day. Have healthy carbs, healthy fats and LOTS of protein. 😊

    Just wanted to share. I saw this budget friendly meal (snack) of same Peanut butter smoothie on FitTuber channel (703calories). I can try both, as a snack or as smoothie. I prefer to add dates in it.

    I like to see a good video. I have had tongue cancer and radiation damaged my swallowing. I have been drinking protein drinks for a year not agreeing with me very much any more. Thank you I am going to try the oatmeal and peanut butter one.

    Thank you so much for these amazing recipes and videos. I love all of these meals, the only problem is I cannot have too much potassium because of my migraines. Most of the ingredients have tons of potassium. I can't have things like mangos, bananas, avocado, peanut butter, anything citrus, tomatoes, tomato sauce, potatoes (must be boiled, so I can't have wedges or fries), red grapes and much much more. What can I replace the mangos, bananas, avocados and peanut butter with?

      if you gain weight you're gonna gain weight everywhere unless you're one of the lucky ones that only gain weight in your ass or a certain area (probably desired).

    Oatmeal is gmo. They use glyphosate in there round up. Any other options.

    Definitely will use peanut butter and strawberry recipe for meal replacement. I am not trying to gain weight im trying to lose but sometimes i just want to lose some weight and eat only once.

    I have a hard time with the flavor of banana it’s so overpowering. I can eat it but I hate it when it’s mixed in a smoothie, can I replace the banana with something else?.. also asking for those who are allergic to bananas

      You don't have to use a banana. You can use other fruits or even an avocado.

    Do you have any tips on stretch marks? I tried to gain weight but got stretch marks on my hips, I know it’s a sign that I gained on my hips and I’m happy about that but I want to gain more and I’m scared that I will get more and more stretch marks....
