During my 2” lift/drop install I felt that the rear brake lines seemed like they were being pulled on, should I remove the bolts that hold the brake lines as well, just like the e brake?
Do you all recommend any soecific upgrades to the front suspension? Is kyb good to go if i get new ones at the same time as lifting? I just completely rebuild rear suspension all new bushings with swift srings and kyb struts.
@@cdotson0027 I have done a lot of lifts on trucks and jeeps. This was the EASIEST lift yet. The instructions are amazing. Follow them and you will have no issues. I went with the 2.5" lift. 225 75R16 ties on stock rims with the wheel spacers They are just under 30" tall and work great. Speedo off about 5mph @ 65 Also, get some extended brake lines and the 2008 Acura TSX front rotors and calipers. Completely different vehicle!
Anyone ever figure out a parking brake cable solution? Maybe adjusting the metal clip and moving it and adding a spacer to that spot as well?

So no spacers used for the rear engine mount?

Is there any way to get just the diff and drive shaft drop kit?

Wish I knew and could trust someone to lift my Element .
for an 1 inch or 1.5in do you still need to cut the pinch well?
1 inch most likely not. For the 1.5 inch yes
Do you have a video where you cut the pinch well? or is there some kind of adapter for the tie rod?

You’re welcome 😊
You’re welcome 😊
What's the purpose of adding a subframe drop ?
To straighten the axles and reduce the angle
@@enumber3 lift over 1 inch requires this. Keeps axles aligned!
