トップアスリートの方の中には感覚的センスと先天的な能力で(もちろん本人努力と)出来てる方もいて、指導も一流な教え方となるかは感情的になったりする場合もあり指導センスが問われて別になるのですが、
石川選手はさすがボールの状況と自身の感覚的な全ての体感的動作や計算をしっかりと言語化できていて、冷静に落ち着いて分かりやすく褒めて指導されてるので、本当に指導上手でもある優秀なトップアスリートだと分かりますね♪
西田選手のスランプ時、石川選手が彼を気遣い、色々アドバイスして支え回復までフォローされてたようで素晴らしく本調子を取り戻されてますから、やはり気遣いのセンスと指導センスも一流ということですね🏐
結果よりマインドセットの意識☺️
現役選手で「しがらみ」や他からのプレッシャーがない立場からの指導は貴重な体験ですね。

こんな教え方をされてればもっとバレーを楽しく続けられたと思う、、石川君が教えるから説得力があるんだろうけど、解りやすいし変に生徒に媚びたり笑いをとったりせずに、きちんと一線を置いて教えてる所も緊張感があって好感持てます。学生の時に教えてもらいたかったな。。
