that number 6 config sounds really good ngl, I have a deep basey voice so I think this would sound the best with mine Greta video will love more tips if you have any!
@@osmos_ That’s a good question. I actually reviewed the AM8 and boom arm not too long ago. I like the design of the AM8 more BUT I like the software and sound of the PD200x more. But, I can make the Fifine sound just as good with some post tweaking. Personally, I’d probably go for the fifine am8
Hey which is better am8 or pd200x for podcast and casual singing? And which has better noise cancellation? As it seems pd200x has a nasal voice and am8 sounds as if we have congested throat caused by cold. So which is better considering everything?
@@luffi1999 I haven’t used it so I can’t give you an honest opinion, but I’ve generally trusted Sennheiser for professional work. They make good products but I feel you pay a little more for their name
It's called Appassionato by Nono. Here's a link ruclips.net/video/fJL69Dwk-Go/видео.html It's one of the cooler ones I've found searching for music on the stock website I use
Same. Bought it and it has background static or something like that. Really sensitive even at lower gain and same EQ settings as shown in video. The software also comes with some "MaonoAI Service" that spins your CPU like hell. Uninstalled it, probably going to send it back. Unfortunate as the videos about the product seemed nice. Sounds like any 10$ microphone which is quite shocking.
I recorded everything raw but used adobe premiere effects. I use denoise at 15% (focused on high frequencies) a parametric EQ (with mid range scoop) and a -6db hard limiter
@ I guess I expected too much "out of the box". Just using some noise filter on OBS solved the entire problem for me. Not the best for voice coms though. So if someone is looking for a good deal it's still fine, though I might still return it and get a logitech one with its own app. The maono one is basically malware.
The AM8 has better build quality but doesn’t have software. The software features on the Maono are pretty decent and allow you to EQ your voice for discord/streaming. If you’re a mic newbie, I’d probably go with the PD200x so you can EQ your voice via their software
I would probably trust the AT2020 more just because I've liked AT products in the past but I can't really give you an honest opinion since I haven't used the at2020 yet
bro is underrated as hell
Thanks man
2k subs and 400 views is crazy, hope you blow up.

Thanks for your support. I will definitely utilize the tutorial video in my set up
Great, thorough review and humor.
Your B-roll game has really improved. “Freedom units” LOL.

The jokes. The way that you deliver them reminds me of Uncle Roger. haha. "Sorry, children!"
You can also get a fifine am8 and boom arm with their xlr interface for less than $100 rn. Would you recommend this over that?

I find the sound quality and profile very similar between the two. I find the AM8 to have a better build construction though. So I'd pick the AM8
I'm trying to decide between PD200x and Quadcast S. Which one do you recommend?
Probably the pd200xs for the cost alone. I think it sounds decent enough
@@TheRageAcademy Thank you for answering, much appreciated

thank so mush Bro :)
You welcome 🙂
would you suggest this over fifine tank 3 or fifine k688?
Depends on what you want. If you want software with the mic go with the Maono. If not then the amplitank tank 3
Is it noice cancellation options.
Yeah, there’s a noise reducer but you sacrifice audio fidelity at the cost of noise reduction
Hmmm i have the same mic but it sounds like 40% worse (not natural) than what you have in a video do you have any ideas how can i fix this ?

what was that premiere software from
It’s Adobe premiere, my editing software
@@TheRageAcademy thanks
How about the maono pd100x
often i'm the tank in ow2... am i ur brother?
You are now
Is it better then the shur sm7b
I’m not sure I’d say it’s better, the shure is a lot more expensive to run and the PD200x does good for the sub $100USD price tag
offen?
