    Never gave the grips much thought. Good diagnostic overview. Thank you.

    In each video you teach so much, learn more in one than watching tons of other 1911 vids. Thanks Bob

    I just ordered a beavertail, ambi safety & hammer all from advice I got just by calling the shop. Fusion is great! I'm modding my RIA GI-FS with all Fusion parts & learning as I go.

    best 12 minutes I have spent today. I feel I have a better understanding of at least the kinds of issues that show up. I like increasing my understanding, it makes me a better customer and a smarter consumer.
    thanks!

    In all honesty, it’s good you’re doing this exact video, because I have seen people wanting unrealistic modifications - or the Dremeler, the mad scientist who buys a Dremel and thinks they are a virtuoso-master at finishing parts and the interior of the firearm looks like a cross between a blast furnace and a Picasso painting, or .... everyday people who think they are smarter than John Moses Browning.....

      Thank you, Yes... I have seen people just polish parts to death and they think that is a reliability job...:)

      @@fusionfirearms it’s like no matter of explaining, reducing metal is metal you can’t put back; they don’t seem to grasp the concept.

    I just picked up a barrel bushing from you boys. A tiny bit of fitting on the lug and it will drop right in for me.

    Whats the average cost to have a firing pin stop fitted with a new extractor and titanium firing pin? I have the AMT Hardballer Covina, the firing pin stop needs allot of fitting as well as the extractor doesnt line up with the firing pin stop track. The Hardballer was never a great gun but it is a collectors item so all xterior will stay the same.

      This is something to email in to customer services at fusion . Also, a recommendation would be to not waist your $$ on a TI firing pin. It is not worth it for your application. Yes, I agree with you on the AMT, I have worked on many of them, they shoot but fits & quality was never very good with their products. They are super collectable you are correct.

    I research heavily si I'm on the right track. Does a 45 1911 with a 9mm pin, use 9mm firing pin stop? About to watch your firing pin vid.

    • @fusionfirearms
      @fusionfirearms  3 года назад

      No a 45 slide will use a 45 firing pin stop plate even with a 9mm firing pin
