The first is mid-late summer, the taste of Chicago (that you see in the video) is going on and a lot of churches and communities are having end of the summer carnivals. The next is fall around mid September-October. The leaves are changing and Navy peir is decorated for Halloween and the city has a lot of beautiful scenory to match the time. Last is winter. Late November through December. Downtown is decorated in Christmas lights and they light the 7foot tall big tree. They hold a new years party in every bar, or in the streets and its so fun and beautiful. There's so many places to visit and eat and I really hope you have a great time!

I actually live in Chicago, and deep-dish pizza is my favorite meal of all time. Also, my rating for Lou Malnati's Pizzeria is more of 20/15 because the flavor and crust is so good that I just come back for third's and maybe even fourth's.
Chicago thin crust is way more delicious than a floppy big triangle of NY pizza. Just sayin’........... Annnnnnnd the pan pizza that Lou Malnati’s whips up is incredible. Buttery crust and perfectly made. Look for Giordano’s thin crust or Home Run Inn thin crust for an authentic experience. Usually a thin crust in Chicago will be cut into squares ✌🏼☮️
In Chicago we have; Thin, Pan, Stuffed ,Double Dough and Deep Dish pizzas. If you can't find a pizza here, you just don't like pizza! Love Connie's Pizza but it is Pan not Deep Dish.

I’m from Chicago, I’ve had all those pizza joints and many many more but when it comes to deep dish pizza it all depends what your in the mood for is it the sauce, cheese, crust, toppings. Texture or taste? Many things to consider. But also it’s different cause different ethnicities have more sensitive or sharper taste buds and that’s why all have our own opinions.
Fantastic video!!! To be fair and equal on the comparisons though, you should order the same pizza at all the shops or else it’s an apple vs orange type of comparison because the toppings will vary. I love this video that compared 7 places instead of the usual 3-4. Do more of these please. ❤️

I'm a Chicagoan. We actually prefer tavern style pizza over deep dish. Deep dish is for special occasions or when family and friends from out of town come for a visit.
As a chicagoan, I can safely say you hit just about every place in the city, but UNOS. the inventors of CHICAGO STYLE DEEP DISH PIZZA. It may not be the best, but it is the original.

You guys should have gotten either the same exact ingredients every time, or chosen to get the most recommended pizza at each restaurant. And, Lou Malnati's is by far the best one here when it comes to technical deep dish pizza. Make sure to get sausage and spinach with a buttercrust.

Most of atl is an eye sore with building that haven't been torn etc but if you go to certain places like Centennial Park you can have some real fun Peachtree street to.

Everyone says Lou Malnatti's but I always preferred Giordano's. Although Lou Malnatti's chocolate chip pizza with vanilla ice-cream is amazing. I waited the longest at Gino's and was not impressed.

Born and raised chi-townian, Gino’s East imo. We have all kinds of great cuisine tho, from Italian subs and beefs to really good Greek food in Greek town. The variety is insane, and all our hotdogs are 100% beef. None of that mixed stuff, and the only place that sells pizza puffs.

Everyone says Lou Malnatti's but I always preferred Giordano's. Although Lou Malnatti's chocolate chip pizza with vanilla ice-cream is amazing. I waited the longest at Gino's and was not impressed.

I grew up eating Connie’s pizza, also was my favorite deep dish. Nearly all RUclips deep dish reviewers usually don’t include them. Connie’s has always been my favorite deep dish. Very oddly enough JP thought Connie’s was the best. My name is also John Paul, most people call me JP.

Born and raised chi-townian, Gino’s East imo. We have all kinds of great cuisine tho, from Italian subs and beefs to really good Greek food in Greek town. The variety is insane, and all our hotdogs are 100% beef. None of that mixed stuff, and the only place that sells pizza puffs.
Don't forget Panzerotti and great Calzone!
