Different colors and numbers mean certain snap counts as to when the center will snap the football. However, teams can assign different tags to the colors and numbers. These are mainly covered at the beginning of game week. The colors and numbers are limited to 1 or 2 syllables to conserve time and to lessen voice strain.
you prolly dont care at all but does anyone know a tool to log back into an Instagram account?? I stupidly forgot the login password. I appreciate any tips you can give me.
@Ezra Garrett i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Still no explanation to what the color and the number refer to. If I had had that explanation, I would have been able to say something like "brown 45" and know what that theoretically would mean...
Why does the air raid offense have a silent snap? I remember seeing earlier in the 2019 season the cardinals kept getting a bunch of false start penalties because the refs weren’t used to it.
I assume if they get the sense the D is starting to jump the clap, Kyler might tell his OLine on the sidelines, "Next series don't go off clap, wait for hike." So the next series out, Kyler claps, OLine doesnt move & the D lines jumps off sides for a penalty.
Late to the thread. When teams are the away team and the noise is loud the guard (often RG) is the one looking back to look at the qb and slaps the center when to snap, is this a new thing in the NFL or has it always been a thing? In the olden days the center used to look through his legs in shotgun to know when to snap or listened.
Great video. With the QB using the clap does that mean he does not need to actually say the word "hut.?" Also, is there a limit on how many times a QB can say the word "hut.?" Can he stand there and say "hut" ten times or fifteen times??? Thank you!
@@vIQtorySports What happened to the longer cadence with several huts?? What is the actual advantage to choreographing to the defense that the ball will be snapped Immediately once the QB says one eighty one hut? 95 percent of the snaps are almost immediate. In Green Bay it was green 19, then green 19 again followed by one hut and a snap.

Rodgers Brady and Favre are the only quarterbacks I’ve ever heard use the “Green Nineteen” cadence
You just heard it in this video
@@J____12345 um, yes, by Rodgers..
18 or 19? I swear Brady says 18 unless you mean other than 18 he ALSO says 19 but Idk

Green means right hence the R in the word blue is left hence the L in the word numbers have alot of meanings just depends on what the coach is doing

49ers fan here. I remember in the 90s, Steve Young would always yell “White 90, Whiiiiiiite 90! Hut!”
Now, Brock Purdy yells White 18, it seems
Have a good day god love y’all .
God, love us humans who are interested in learning QB cadences
There’s also the foot stomp right before snap.
I know a lot of them said "set hut", but doesn't Brady's cadences sound sth like "protect"?
Josh Allen's sounds like he says "what's up"
as a packers fan i know that aaron rodgers in fact says green 18 not 19 and it is kind of a thing for him
I hear 18 as well, however I was thinking that 19 would roll off the tongue easier since green ends with N 🤪
He definitely says both
@@Lv20Bard nahnah ur wrong. plus this was 2 years ago lmao
Can't the defense also hear the clap and fire out at the sound? How is the offense deceiving anyone?
That's where hard counts come into play

Lol Still around for some teams!

Kyler’s got the clap
Still didn't learn anything...
Exactly bro wtf 😂
Would it be a penatly if a defender clapped in order to simulate the QB's cadence?
It can be. Referees have called it and can call it. All depends on the referees
Eli says east go go
Matt ryan say green olive
And ofc peyton say omaha
I always hear blue 80 from Roethlisburger. Could be ready though
Yep, big Ben says "SET! Blue 80! Blue 80 set!". He used "black 80" during last weeks game once.
I hear him say blue 20 a lot
I've never heard yellow. Usually color is a single syllable. Who can flip a around to different colors but one is hot to create a hard count.
Joe Theismann used "Yellow 31" a lot.

Exactly - the clap takes the place of the word "hut". And the QB can say hut as many times as he would like.

By Rule, no. They must wait for them to get set. However it's rare that a referee will call it, as you'll see it in the NFL all the time.
How does the D fence know that it’s on two?
They don’t they’re watching the football
You should really link the mike linebacker video in the description
what the heck was Peyton Manning using, "Omaha!"
Peyton would say just about every word in the dictionary in his cadence.
@@adawg2015 With the Colts he did, Broncos toned him down a lot to mainly "Omaha"
Because Manning cadence differed a bit but it was an easy identifier for his center and an alert when to snap the ball soon as he heard “Omaha”

Thanks
