I love the texture id cream! I can't really do a wash n go with my 4c hair but I mix that cream with the mane choice Egyptian gel and get pretty good "wash n go" definition.

Melanin all day. Love that product. Cant wait to try more styles and product combos with it. I cant do the Texture ID, cuz when coconut oil is in the top 5 ingredients, my hair hates the product. So i dont even bother. Lolz

Melanin’s the winner for me. I personally love Melanin Hair care products. I use it with the oil. It’s even better with the oil. Leaves my hair super soft with a Sha-poppin twist out.

That melanin hair care is the truth (paired with mane choice cool laid leave in) I don’t care how much it is you get what you pay for LITERALLY, I love it and plan to buy more but I am scared of expiration dates does anyone follow those?
UPDATE: okay so guys I actually have been wearing the cream for a few days and I sadly believe that it is not moisturizing enough 😭 back to my regular shea butter I go. O well 🤷🏽♀️

Sis I still haven't gotten whits product yet. But I can tell you im not a fan of the texture ID styling creme. But the shampoo, conditioner, the mask, leave in conditioner is the bomb!

I like melanin, I have used it twice, but I think my hair does better with Camille Rose. I have not tried texture ID. You are so right, melanin does not work well along, I have to use a gel for my hair.
The almond jai, moisture butter, or butter gel?
I use CR, twisting almond jai, moisture milk leave in and the gel. I love all the old products. I have not used her new products. I like the ones mentioned because they don’t contain glycerin!
The curl maker? That's a no for me. My hair hates it
SheRea DelSol , the curl maker doesn’t work for me either, I like Taliah Waajid tight hold for my twist, it gives me great hold without flaking and is compatible with the products I use. I can get 2-3 weeks easy without retwist it. I just pineapple at night, and moisturize as needed. CR makes a aloe whipped butter gel that my hair gets good hold with, but it is hard to find, target sells out of it fast and Sally and Walmart does not sell it in Columbus, Ga. but you can order it online.

I like the Melanin, no disrespect the other side was frizzy. The Melanin had glow and your curls were more defined and that volume OMG. I don't know how to do twist outs but I'm watching.

The Melanin side is a clear winner, no doubt lol! The deep treatment is the only thing I’ve tried from Texture ID and I was left pretty underwhelmed. It honestly didn’t make me want to try anything else. The Texture ID side looked good but Melanin stole the show for sure!

So I have both butter. I haven't tried the Texture ID yet, but I have tried the Melanin Haircare Butter and I must say, it didn't do me too good. I used it with a Mane Choice leave in and did a twist out. My hair was just ok. I really wanted to love it and I'll try it again with another product and hope I have better results.
