That's the axial thrust load. It should either be given to you in a problem, or you can use statics to find the axial load in the shaft that the bearing is attached to.
The chart that he showed is taken from a specific bearing manufacturer. Each bearing manufacturer will publish a table like that, which you use following the steps he showed here.
