Hmmmm, I did a bit of sleuthing and the only campground near there with no re iews was Top Paddock... all the others around Bunny beach farm seemed to be ok...🤔

I wonder about some people getting into a service industry with no people skills. I arrived at a caravan park late and used the marked late arrival bay at 3am the park manager was pounding on the door wanting paying. In case we left without paying we were going to stay a week but moved on

Coorong National park is an amazing part of the world but best camping is on the beach at 42 mile crossing. The campground there is also reasonable as you wouldn’t get the van onto the beach there. Some of the best fishing in the state if you like chasing big fish!

You ended up at THE best spot with Bunny Beach Stay. We stayed there recently on the exact spot you were on. 2 nights went to 6. Neil and Deb were great hosts who checked in with us each night. A great spot close to VictorHarbor and a base to explore the area. Onwards and upwards champions. Life’s good. 👍
Some people should stay the hell away from any kind of hospitality. We've mostly had great experiences, the only bad ones from people staying next to us who drink/smoke/swear all night, knowing we have young kids. Had a few shockers, but generally pretty good.
This is it, and that’s what our first thoughts were, it’s was just a cash grab with no customer service at all. We have been pretty lucky also but this one rocked the boat a bit. 👍 thanks for watching and taking the time to comment
When I had a family and a caravan, we never got to do a lap but the kids loved it every time we went away, originally we had an old Viscount and then upgraded to a Jayco and the kids would have their stuff packed two days before leaving, we all loved it

haven't been camping for many, many years, but when we did we never went to a camp site at all, we just camped in the bush, no problems .and the few campsites were all free then, but we never used them. something has changed in Australia since
Times have def changed now, everything is regulated or owned.. we ahve even seen the shift in the last 3 years.... scary to know what the future holds 🫠

The bloody "parent tax" hey. And I assume it was off grid and no facilities so why... Anyway with out revving you up further, you should have a look at the service "Caravan Overnight Farmstays", we have found a few really good ones at $10 a night (no parent tax). They don't have a massive amount of options but there are a few in your area, the experience you get at these unknown farms is far more authentic than any of the touristy ones. Safe travels.

I know it's hard sometimes but don't let it get to you. All that it does is wear you down and it's not worth it. Just chill out and go with whatever happens the more you stress about it the worse your experience will be. On top of that alot of people don't realise how much effort it takes to put out a youtube video with everything else that goes on. It can be overwhelming. But I've learnt to just stop worrying about everything and enjoy your experience and just have fun with it all. Great video enjoy guys.

You guy’s were quoted a figure over the phone from a lady, then a male, I’m guessing the owner renegotiated the price. Unfortunate for you & your family but it looks like a communication issue between staff & rates, maybe he’s sick of it. You did well not to name them, safe travels & best of luck ❤
If you agree to a price with a customer you shouldn't try to have a second bite at it after. Thats so unprofessional. I don't blame you for being unimpressed mate but i really admire you for being the bigger man about it. I almost guarantee someone will say something about them sooner or later. I wouldn't want to sour my reputation ofter $20. Especially with a nice family. Provided you stick to fact, they deserved to be named. Platforms like this are like a reference and clearly they need to be identified for the way they operate. Simply disgraceful... I think the point to take from this is judge a camp from there first price and disregard attempts to lure you in going forward. Netherless we love your work.

YE amate we have a few drone we use, one is the DJI Avata which is a sorta FPV drone, not the best of camera, and abit dickie with the controller but does the job. Thanks for watching mate 🍻👌
Certainly not an “absolute shit show” as you call it, just life. I have subscribed because you appear to show the downs as well as the ups of life on the road. Sometimes it is just a shit show. Usually when things go wrong they go wrong all together BUT, it makes the ‘ups’ that follow, all the more sweeter and you appreciate them more. That’s life! Chill and look after each other, that’s all that matters.

Yea its the only time we have come across it, we having done a huge amount hip and farm stays in the last 3 years and the ones we have done have been awesome 🍻
I didnt think they were allowed to do that. Seriously, you paid already and then they come looking for more cash- thats very dodge to me. If the day comes we head that way, definitely staying at the bunny one over the other one. they aound more realistic then the other place and i think naming them would be great for others but it can turn nasty on you- but leaving a review would be better. Give them a star rating and why. Its then up to people choosing to stay to stay or bypass.

Looked up the one they preferred on WikiCamps and there are 6 camps around that area. Only one other is a HipCamp. 🤔🤔

100% cracka spot, Neil and Deb are legends and really have put in the hard yards to open a great low cost camp for all caravanners 👌🍻

Anyway with out revving you up further, you should have a look at the service "Caravan Overnight Farmstays", we have found a few really good ones at $10 a night (no parent tax). They don't have a massive amount of options but there are a few in your area, the experience you get at these unknown farms is far more authentic than any of the touristy ones. Safe travels.

I know it's hard sometimes but don't let it get to you. All that it does is wear you down and it's not worth it. Just chill out and go with whatever happens the more you stress about it the worse your experience will be. On top of that alot of people don't realise how much effort it takes to put out a youtube video with everything else that goes on. It can be overwhelming. But I've learnt to just stop worrying about everything and enjoy your experience and just have fun with it all. Great video enjoy guys.

You guy’s were quoted a figure over the phone from a lady, then a male, I’m guessing the owner renegotiated the price. Unfortunate for you & your family but it looks like a communication issue between staff & rates, maybe he’s sick of it.

I don't blame you for being unimpressed mate but i really admire you for being the bigger man about it. I almost guarantee someone will say something about them sooner or later. Usually when things go wrong they go wrong all together BUT, it makes the ‘ups’ that follow, all the more sweeter and you appreciate them more. That’s life! If the day comes we head that way, definitely staying at the bunny one over the other one. they aound more realistic then the other place and i think naming them would be great for others but it can turn nasty on you- but leaving a review would be better. Give them a star rating and why.
