RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs.
Fill with water.
Salt.
1 broccoli.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Cover with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
1 onion.
Broccoli is ready.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
The eggs are ready!
1 carrot.
1 red bell pepper.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.
Mushrooms.
Salt. Black pepper.
Italian herbs.
Dried garlic.
Cook for a couple more minutes over medium heat.
2 eggs.
Black pepper.
Mix well.
Olive oil.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Mix well.
Feta 60g/2.1oz.
Mozzarella 60 gr / 2.1 oz.
Ketchup 2 tablespoons.
Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons.
Green onions.
Salt. Black pepper.
2 garlic.
Mozzarella.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

I made this. I doubled the amount for guests. It is delicious. However. The time to make it has to be made over several days because of my limited time. So. Day one I prepare all of the chopped vegetables. Day two I saute them. Day three I make the cups, and Day 5 I assemble and bake. Yes, folks it take almost a week for me, but it was worth it!
Although I like to explore the taste buds, I stull believe that nothing is more delicious than a grilled steak

love the ingredients, but I would wisk the eggs before adding to the broccoli and I would also skip the homemade thousand island dressing, besides it will overshadow the taste of the muffin. Shouldn't need a sauce anyway. Now if you made a version say with chopped Canadian bacon, cheese with mushrooms, spinach, and onions; you could top it with hollandaise sauce.

Was heisst hier "besser, als Fleisch"... Fleisch ist Fleisch und Gemüse ist Gemüse, man kann es nicht miteinander vergleichen. ...und zu einer ausgewogenen, abwechslungsreichen und gesunden Ernährung gehört eben alles dazu. Erst recht, wenn man bedenkt, in welchen ausgelaugten und chemisch mangelhaft gedüngten Böden Pflanzenkost (Getreide, Obst , Gemüse und Kräuter) oftmals angebaut werden. Hinzu kommt, dass man sich im Heute auch nicht mehr auf die Bezeichnung, "Bio", verlassen kann. Schwindelei, Trickserei ist all überall im Umlauf. Außerdem kann sich die Mehrheit der Menschen die teuren Bio-Produkte im alltäglichen Verzehr gar nicht leisten und nur wenige Menschen sind zu 100% Selbstversorger. Ich mag gar nicht, wenn unüberlegte Behauptungen leichtfertig daher geredet werden.
