I would love a video talking about where and how you got your education, if you recommend it, books you recommend, resources, etc. I really want to pursue herbalism and holistic nutrition but don't know where to start as a young mom with a baby under one

Absolutely loved this - I took so many notes! My painful periods and general hormonal imbalance have been such a struggle throughout the years and I'm trying to really take the time to deep dive into helping my body. The holistic route has always been my thing, so it's such a comfort to have this information available and this community. It can feel like a really long journey, but we're all in it together and I'm sending strength and love to anyone who needs it ❤

Loved this too! How did you make the willow bark extract? And with orange peel tincture what does it go well with as in do you put it in things or take it straight? 💕🥰

Loved this - are there any for men? I’ve been married for nine years, ttc for 8 years, but recently learned my husband has infertility.
    Any herbal suggestions for men?
