There is some misinformation in this report. The three year work permit is being denied only to the international students who go to the programs offered by the so called ‘colleges’, not to the students who go to the Universities for 4 year Undergraduate program or Masters programs. The following is the new rule: “Starting September 1, 2024, international students who begin a study program that is part of a curriculum licensing arrangement will no longer be eligible for a postgraduation work permit upon graduation. Under curriculum licensing agreements, students physically attend a private college that has been licensed to deliver the curriculum of an associated public college”. By the way currently it is very difficult for an international student to get a temporary job as there is an oversupply of candidates. Most students do not get jobs.
You don't need 4 year degree program to get PGWP. The course needed to be taken in a public college. A two year program will do. No private college or public-private arrangement colleges will qualify.

You don't need 4 year degree program to get PGWP. The course needed to be taken in a public college. A two year program will do. No private college or public-private arrangement colleges will qualify.
