It's the Birmingham accent, Birmingham is 2nd largest City in England, set in the middle of England, the area is made up of several large Cities called "The Midlands". In Birmingham we all have our strong unique accent/dialect, so we are called Brummies....from Birmingham. England has over 200 regional accents, but The rest of the World thinks we all talk like Londoners or the Queen! That's a specific standard English accent.

Tommy is the boss of the family however he keeps his status private for the most part

John is the soldier of the family and somewhat of an underboss
Polly is what mob enthusiasts would call the council in other words she advises Tommy in many situations it’s made extremely clear that Tommy and Polly are the smart ones Polly is also the one who would become the boss of the family if anything happens to Tommy but make no mistake Tommy is 100% the boss

@@theanglo-lithuanian1768 oh in that case, why the world doesn't talk about Hitler's good deeds?
First, British hands or Japanese hands were both same for us.
Second, It was Subhash Chandra Bose (Founder of the Indian National Army) who along with the Japanese army was fighting in North-East India and in Burma against the British Raj. I don't expect that you know about Mr. Bose and his pact with Imperial Japan.
Churchill's only response to a telegram from the government in Delhi about people perishing in the famine was to ask "why Gandhi hadn't died yet." This statement alone can give you a brief picture of what kind of a man he was.
I hope without much knowledge you won't justify anyone's heinous act in the future. He may be a war hero for you but he'll always be an A**hole for us.

    • @theanglo-lithuanian1768
      @theanglo-lithuanian1768 2 года назад +2

@@saurabhchauhan6322 I am more then aware of Bose allying himself with the Japanese, a nation who's warcrimes made the Germans shudder.
And the difference between the Bengal famine and Hilter's cleansing was that one was easily preventable while another wasn't.
With Hitler, it's as simple as just not killing minorities. The Bengal famine on the other hand was a combination of a lot of external factors (Poor weather, Japanese blockade, war etc) which led to a difficult choice between feeding the (Mostly Indian) troops in Burma or feeding the civillian population.
I have a question. What would YOU do if even the choice. Let's say hypothetical in a WW3 scenario, you were the leader of India and either China or Pakistan invaded and now there's a food shortage. Would you let the Indian army starve and Pakistan/China take over or redirect food from civillian areas to the Indian army?

    • @saurabhchauhan6322
      @saurabhchauhan6322 2 года назад

@@theanglo-lithuanian1768 Again...which part you didn't understand in my last reply. Call him whatever you want it won't change his image. Europe and its same old rhetoric China and Pakistan blah blah... Mr. Jaishankar already gave an answer on this recently.
What happened in 1971? Why couldn't the mighty USA and Great Britain save Pakistan? We Indians know who supported Pakistan and funded its pseudo army. And the war you called a WW. It was basically a European war Plus US and Japan that's it. All the other parts of the world were forcefully dragged into this.
You talk about Hitler's hate towards one particular religion. Well, Britishers were equally racist and cruel to their colonies. Bengal famine is just one incident...they forcefully ruled my nation for 300 years. Those so-called WW were not our wars but we paid a heavy price for it. Don't you justify Europe's hunger for power and their colonial rule around the world. BTW Europe and USA are not the world... apart from these two places people only hate your beloved Churchill.
Not our wars, not our leaders yet we lost so much, and still, we can't call an A**hole an A**hole because this entitled fellow has a problem with that. Well, I don't care...🖐️🎤

Every person did good and bad deeds in history. No exceptions. No one is evil for the sake of being evil.
For example, Churchill in WW2 had a choice. Either let the millions of soliders defending India in Burma starve, thereby also surrendering India to the Japanese or let the civillians starve but keep India in British hands. There was no easy "Stop starving" button, hard choices were made.

@@mahirhussain4890 Because Churchill has the power to control the weather? and then uses that power to cause crop failures in its own territory. And chooses to do it at a time when he needs Indian support more than ever as there is a war in that territory and India is not keen on British rule.
Oh well it doesn't matter because we can just continue importing rice from Burma.
      The Japanese invade Burma.
1 million people flee from the Japanese brutality/Burma and flood into India.
Ok no problem we can just ship India supplies
Japan creates a navel blockade and sinks 100,000 tons of merchant shipping in the bay of Bengal.
Ok but Britain has have the best navy in the world! breakthrough?
Commander-in-Chief of the army in India, the War Office in London and the commander of the British Eastern Fleet acknowledged that the fleet was powerless to mount serious opposition to Japanese naval attacks on Ceylon, southern or eastern India, or on shipping in the Bay of Bengal.
Holy fuck, ok we have no choice but to share the limited domestically produced food sources we have.
Indian provinces and princely states: I don't want any risk of famine in my state all inter-provincial trade of rice and wheat is banned!
There was already a lack of food but now there are no rice imports, the domestic production is no longer being shared evenly and there are even more mouths to feed.
It's a horrible devastating situation but at least it cannot possibly get any worse...
The winter rice crop is afflicted by a severe outbreak of fungal brown spot disease.
      Fuck
And then a cyclone and three storm surges ravaged croplands, 7,400 villages were partly or wholly destroyed, and standing flood waters remained for weeks in at least 1,600 villages. Cholera, dysentery and other waterborne diseases flourished. 527,000 houses and 1,900 schools were lost, over 1,000 square miles of the most fertile paddy land in the province was entirely destroyed, and the standing crop over an additional 3,000 square miles was damaged
The storm also dispersed high levels of fungal spores across the region and increasing the spread of the crop disease. The fungus reduced the crop yield even more than the cyclone
      This is just unbelievable.
The world: Churchill this is your fault!
      Japan: yeah Churchill your fault!
Well thank god that's all history and we live in the 21st century where people give their time and money to make sure it does not happen again...
