- Chita Rivera duets with Judy on "I Believe in You" and goes solo on "I Got Plenty o' Nuttin'" on Judy's 1963-64 series.
Judy became friends with Chita after seeing her in West Side Story and Bye Bye Birdie.
51 years later and Chita is not only alive and well but performing on Broadway in "The Visit". Amazing.
Chita has "it". Her timing is beyond human...every snap of the neck, flick of the heel....

I love Chita. I've always loved Chita. But what is that on her head?
How come no one told her how awful it looked.
snd CBS cancelled this program, after 1 season.
The comedy routine is a dog... this guy is seriously floundering for funny.... but oh, those two fabulous divas!! And remembering hearing hot swing on TV? Where the orchestra was actually THERE?
"Upturned grin and the chin of impetuous youth"??
