Great help, thanks, except for the part where you turned off the video! I had a lot of trouble getting the cam shaft back in under the spring loaded tab. What's the trick? It seems like the cam lob should be at about 10 o'clock. But using it to push the tab up took a lot of pressure.

How often do you do back flush with detergent?
I only do this when it squeaks. I do the chemical backflush roughly every 1kg of beans worth of time.
Can food grade wd40 spray in instead of take out the whole thing?
I don't think that will work
What tape you use for when un screw or tighthened the nut?
Just standard masking tape. Anything to prevent too much scratching of the finish will do
