Arron, i share Syd Mitchell's point of view, no such thing as dwell time in a closed pond system, what goes around comes round so the media bacteria will always be in contact with pond pollutants, up the flow slightly till you find that sweet spot keeping the bottom of pond clean but not pushing nexus too much 👍
I have never tried but after this year of dealing with blanket weed. The temps are similar here right now where I live in Canada. Helped a friend using pp the other day. . I know I will have to do a few boils on my pod

Seem to be getting back on that sweet spot now mate looking better by the day and the bottom of the pond is clear
