I'm 53 and a lifelong music lover & concert goer. I've seen them live a dozen times. And would happily see them a dozen more times. Easily one of my favorite live shows. And I've been to hundreds. They are a wonderful band.
I live in Indianapolis. I've seen them here in Indy(twice), Columbus OH, Louisville(3 times), Chicago, Memphis, Birmingham, New Orleans, Eaux Claires WI & even Upland IN but not yet in Cincy. I'm originally from Cincy & my family still lives near there & I go there a lot for shows. I saw Alice Cooper at the Taft Theater with two of my older brothers last night in fact. Lucius is long overdue for Cincy. When & if they play Cincy I'll be there for sure.
Seeing lucius with dawes 03/23/2024. so many people are not aware of this incredible act. timeless, flawless, and audio ideas that no one else can dream up.
WAW, REAL singers, vocalists, that's kinda rare these days, or maybe they don't get the same exposure as all the manufactured plastic they smother the public with, very refreshing
the latter one is true - there is so much great music out there, but you have to go find it on independent labels, most major label artist suck with a few exceptions

I'm just in the middle of watching Pretty In Pink, and it finally hit me that the wigs and makeup here are a reference to that very cool movie! So I had to come back here and enjoy this song once more.

It's not often-ok, it's RARE-that I get goosebumps and the tinglies from a new artist/s, but this did the trick. I read that Lucius is going on tour with Brandi Carlile. Couldn't ask for a better pair-up of amazing, strong, ultra talented artists.👊

Have you heard The Secret Sisters? Brandi and the Twins produced their last album which was nominated for a Grammy this past year. Their harmonies are off the charts amazing!!
I have been a fan of Brandi for years. I had heard of Lucius, but never heard them. Now, this - WOW. Sadly their show in Portland, Oregon on 9/11/2018 is sold out. Aaagh. Next time.
