There is a rather amusing circularity with this. As Kurt Cobain was a DEVO fan, and DEVO's Mark Mothersbaugh wrote some of the Crash Bandicoot soundtrack.

I think it's because in bloom has nirvana's most striking melodic line and this soundfont highlights that.

I always listend to the baseline to Come as You Are and it reminded me of something out of the Warped OST and this recoding has only further solidified my stance, thank you for this beautiful piece of work
