Being a RUclipsr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Famester of course) will always pay off at the end.

If there’s one thing I wished I did was just make my first video my work ethic is relentless and my goal of changing lost dads /men’s lives only now I’m realizing how not letting being shy or an introvert or the what if people don’t like me guy . I realized if I’m going to help others first I helped my self now I am am ready . Just wish I knew sometimes imperfect is perfect just post guys and girls !!! Evan your an amazing man I hope some day I can pick your brain and have a fellow introvert conversation that blows people away and we both walk away with value ❤
