This is the most useful video I've found so far recording the transman voice transition! I think it's because you can actually sing :P
(Also, yours is the first video I've watched where you voice gets BETTER with T :)
This gives me hope, I always worry that if I go on T that I wont sound good singing anymore and your voice absolutely sounds great! :)

I think that a real challenge is getting used to the falsetto. Having been used to female high notes, we tend to try and attain them too much from the throat, not enough from the head. Which makes our voice crack. Goodbye smooth and clear high notes! But there is so much more to gain :)
Dude this is awesome and so helpful right now. I've sung all my life and just hitting 4 months on T my voice is all over the place. Your voice is amazing man, so cool to hear it settle down over time.

I'm watching so many of these trans men singing videos, because if I decide to take testosterone one day I'm afraid I'll lose my singing voice and all I'd want to do is sing as a man.
I don't know if I'm trans or something else but I hope I'll figure it out.
In my opinion, as you follow your heart and whatever feels right, your voice will follow you and grow with you. take care of it. don't get discouraged. your voice is unique & nobody else has the power you do. own it!

Im a singer and im not sure if id ever go on T, but i think about it a lot. So it was pretty cool to watch your voice transition so well. You sound a bit like Conor Oberst.

I'm a singer and I plan to go to college for musical theatre in the future so I really c a n not mess up my voice. This made me feel a little better because you can still sing.

I just started T a week ago and already my throats is like.. uncomfortable. When I talk too much my throat starts to feel just generally uncomfortable. I'm terrified of losing my singing voice so i'm trying to take care of it and not push myself too much but like.. damn, it's still scary
