I love this design, especially the openness, and considering the price of plywood right now.
The only recommendation I have is to use button head screws when screwing the systainer rails to the aluminum. It looks like you are using the normal countersink kind, which aren't really designed to bear against a flat surface, and so they want to split apart the systainer rail.

Hi Pete - thank you for the recommendation.
For installing the rails I used the same M5 screws with low profile heads that I used in the rest of the assembly. These could potentially be larger or with a washer to have a better surface to surface mating. Thus far I've not had trouble, but I do like ensuring things won't come loose so on the next rev I'll consider this a bit more.

@@SystainerStore Thanks Tim. Those screws you are using are fine, actually. To me, they looked like the countersink head screws in the video, but I just clicked the link in the description and saw that they were not.
      Thanks again for the video!

This is a great idea but I would prefer to use the SYS-AZ shelves instead.

Very nice! I like it. Are you going to start carrying the Bott accessories too? I’m 90% in the shop and 10% installing with a trailer. I’m trying to organize around systainers so I can grab and go

Yes, I hope to carry some Bott accessories too. I'm working with Systainer Systems to get set up for this.

    Nice job...
Do you plan to have material list available for different height and width towers in the future.
your open design is awesome, I would love to build 4 to 5 towers for my shop.
Can't wait to see more of your designs in future videos
    Thanks

Hi Tony! Thank you for the encouragement. This was fun to put together. I can add it to my list to think about as far as publishing plans. In the back of my mind, as I published this video, I was thinking I should. I've benefitted when other publish such information. Consider it on list, just a matter of when, but I've got a few things ahead of it.

    Thanks, what was the cost?

Thank you Troy. I don't have an exact accounting, as I used some materials on hand and others items I bought new with various parts for other projects.
I've got a revision I'm working on and I'll have a better accounting, at least an estimate, for that version.

Yes, another great choice. Have you posted pics online?
