Making custom cards for the Systainer card slot
Compact and portable. I prefer a hand truck with bigger pneumatic tyres to get over cobblestones, kerbs, etc.
Very nice! I would totally use one. I have a similar-ish cart that folds flat that I got from Costco. Haven’t used it for power tools, but it’s very handy.
awesome now give it a shaken
what drawer set up is this?
Openable drawer setup
This is our Systainer³ Sortainer! There are two versions-- a two drawer, and a three drawer. The drawers have the same grid pattern as our Systainer³ Organizers which allows for unique customization for small parts and tool storage. We have an in-depth video of this on our page and another new video coming soon!
@@SystainerStore i knew it was openable
All I see is Lego patent infringment
The dewalt boxes iv had the last ten years do the same thing
LEGO storage bins
Lmao… it moved .
Wow, these new inventions are getting very sophisticated. Keep it away from the Chinese, they would reverse engineer it and sell it for 5 bucks.
That's a Lego box
Now throw it full of hardware.
On it 😎🤝
Red brand packouts already do it with a 5 year warranty. What’s the warranty on this?
fill it up and trow it
Soon 👀
Those are legos
Wow! Just like every box I've had for the last 30 yrs....
So, Legos
When you picked it up, you can see the item shifted and dislodged from the original spot
Nice! Those are actually the only size of Systainer that I own, so it’s nice to see them getting some attention.
You should put a link to your website in the video description
Tanos the best system 👍❤
The boxes for the new one aren't quite as spacious as the ones for the T-Loc.
I noticed that also. The new ones don't fit as securely in the drawers either. Too much space in between them.
Don’t try to turn it upside like the organizers
Nice work! What is direct to film transfer, and where do you get it?
Hi, have you tried to mix colors for the 2 parts of the systainer3 latch ?
I use them everyday! Love them!
Love to hear it!
Can you place a link for those insert containers for sds bits etc….
systainer.store/collections/systainer3-lid-compartment
So.. gridfinity?
Lol I was thinking of the same thing
Yep, gridfinity ripoff, wonder if they paid the rights to profit off of someone else’s design
I don’t understand the point of the 147 when there is no way to organize it into anything. A larger rack would be great! A bigger 147 would be very useful but not if I can’t organize it.
Does it go straight from L to XXL?
Yes!
I may be bias, but this is my favorite tool carrying device and my favorite Systainer. Great density of tools, organized, and plays well with the rest of my set up.
I’d like to see a tour of the smart rack in the background. That looks cool
I haven’t had a problem with the lack of interoperability of the mini systainer because they’re the only Systainers I own :) I have a couple of them and a couple of the narrow Milwaukee Packout. The Systainers are for lighter weight collections of small tools and parts. One of them has multimeters and probes, another has crimping tools and terminals and wire.
Still looks like you have an issue with the front handle when using the 'T' lock.
I’d like to be able to configure the Organizers on the site. Instead of ordering an empty one then buying packs of bins and ending up with too many bins
Hi there. I am wondering if there is a video to remove the handle from the sys3 toolbox. The one with the open top. Seems like it have similar connectors to the one in the video. Thanks.
Wish this actually worked - I destroyed a handle today, but my eraser is OK. Thanks Systainer!
I don't know why this is so complicated. I was printing labels more easily back in the 1990s. They sell blank card paper with clear holders. Why not just have a MS Word template that's easy for everyone to download. There is no need for a $30+ PVC Card Tray. Sure, if that's what people want to do, but I would think we could have something in between a handwritten or labelmaker-generated Systainer labels and what this video shows. People have been doing this literally for decades. I just don't understand the hassle.
There are multiple ways one can make labels for a Systainer. Certainly this is one way. I like this method because of the solid durability of the card. There are plenty who are loving paper or card stock labels and an MS template as you suggested. In fact such a kit is sold at Systainer Store.
I had no idea the Toprock could actually hold stuff 😒 😂
I'd like to know how much I'd be looking to buy everything needed
If it’s so easy to pop out the handle how much weight does Tanos recommend it can support? Are there any cases that you know of where the handle has popped out with a heavy case? Thanks!
Never use acetone on plastics, rubbing alcohol will get rid of sharpie without damaging the plastic
This is a great idea but I would prefer to use the SYS-AZ shelves instead.
Is sys Tim a Cis gender 🤔
I would like to know more about that Milwaukee systainer fit out, you briefly showed!
I've added it to my list. I can make a Systainer Fitout video on this. I put this systainer together in 2019, if I recall right, and will be glad to show it off to inspire others.
esas cajas se ven muy frágiles y el sistema de cerrado realmente deja que desear
Hi - I'd recommend getting your hands on them. You will find the engineering and stability to be really good. Strong but light. The goal is to carry the tools and material, not extra weight of a case.
I understand they might look fragile, but I have been using them for 10 years in rugged areas and they are fine. In fact, I recently sold all of my Milwaukee Packout stuff, and I am now exclusively using this system.
Is there a particular systainer fitout you would like to see? Or a technique you would like Sys Tim to go into more detail on?
How is the custom label made at ruclips.net/video/15BfDNucMOw/видео.html ?
I used Brainstorm ID labels and an inkjet printer. I love it! I've got a couple videos on it. See this playlist. ruclips.net/p/PL468EXBoR18ZNQ-AZK3h2lynYmnSZ1V_X
What's the purpose of the plywood bottom insert?
For me, the pylwood insert does two things. I think it gives a sturdier bottom to the foam. So it can ride on top of the crosses molding in the bottom. Next, for the items in the foam, I choose to cut all the way through the foam. So the pylwood is the backstop for those items. And in fact I have some cutout in the plywood to lock in the Organizer insert feet. It will make more sense as I show the "how I made it" video.
@@SystainerStore thanks! I saw you guys are starting to sell the plywood inserts. Will you offer the file since I have a cnc I can use to cut it out. I recall reading something about that offer but can't find the file on your website
@@DucPhan20 You bet I'll offer the files. We aren't selling just yet, but I am collecting emails to judge interest. I need to do some more testing on the Systainer3 M files before publishing those and then I'll start with Systainer3 L. I'm getting closer.
@@SystainerStore are you selling them or offer for free? If not how much?
@@DucPhan20 The plans? They will be a free download. Non-commercial license, you can't use it to make commercial products but use it all you want for you, your friends, etc.
What other systainer fitouts would you like to see?
Nice job with this Tim, I followed your progress on instagram. I'm still surprised at how affordable the toprock is compared to similar jobsite speaker systems. I'd have a few more woodworking specific items in my own kit, but some great ideas in here.
I'm glad to inspire!
