For the young people that want to become astronauts soon. You will NOT soon ! Because they don't send frivolous teens in multi-million missions and especially to ISS. All of them are much older than 30.

Yeah but if you are a teen now there is a good chance that you will get there in 10-20 years when they're launching hundreds of human missions. There won't even be "dedicated astronauts" anymore, just people of many fields having a space station as their office. It's still going to be a selected few, but no longer a few dozens, more like few thousands.
I'm basing this assumption on the projected performance of rockets like Starship and New Glenn. As soon as they are reliable and human rated they can launch 100 people at a time easy (especially to LEO). That's why companies like Axiom no longer focus just on rockets, sending people to space won't be the issue, they need to build the stations for those people to go to. Though in the best case scenario, orbital joy rides are a possibility as well.
