Likely will get outclassed by LT and other secondaries that you can’t compare but I think he’s that great. Friend Travis, if you don’t know John Randle, I don’t even know what to say to you. I’m glad you gave Aaron his well deserved props, but Randle was a beast. Do your homework! Love the show! You guys rock.

I'd like to see the sacks the rams had against the eagles with Aaron on the field. His greatest value was forcing teams to commit 2 guys every time. That's so much more valuable than a guy who gets 11 sacks a year. He is a force multiplier as he makes everyone else's job easier.

So fortunate to have seen AD’s most iconic plays of all time (and when it counted the most) in person - bringing Garoppolo down in the NFC championship game and throwing Joe Burrow down the last play of Super Bowl 56. Selfishly hoping for a return - never seeing him reign over a double and triple tag again is beyond depressing!!!

Donald feels so much bigger than he actually is. That photo of him with Trent Brown towering over him from the Super Bowl is so wild. He only comes up to Brown's *shirt collar*.
AD beat guys that are a full head taller than him. Consistently!
A lot of players can say that they could beat the Bears single-handedly. I genuinely think Aaron Donald might beat a bear single handedly.

Best of all time would really depend on ERA, in terms of modern ERA of pass heavy he is the best..Though I think if we are going with the all around best DT who can stop the run and pass rush, it is hard to think of anyone better than Warren Sapp..I think Donald is the best pass rushing DT, like a strong version of John Randal.

Either Aaron Donald or Alan Paige are the GOAT defensive tackles with special considerations to Bob Lily and Mean Joe Green.

1:13 "He is the only defensive tackle we have ever gone up against where the entire game plan is situated on not having him ruin the game."

Also in an era where tackling and hitting other players is more penalized. He should be a first ballot HoF. He's also one of the last St. Louis Rams that was on the Rams roster.

Worse than the Steelers passing on Dan Marino, or the Packers passing on Barry Sanders? What about all those teams that passed on Tom Brady, multiple times, or the Bears passing on Patrick Mahommes for Mitch Trubisky.
