I have the same gpu,the gpu is not the problem the problem is the games optimization you can play 8k 120 fps on optimization game with the 3080 you can play ez 4k 140fps with 2070 optimization game,and you speak about rdr2 is old game but is most demanding game and most detail game out there,no other game have the detail of this game until now,and you dont even say what psu have and what motherboard use and what ram and cpu,not base video not base Profesional test.
My specs are documented in several other videos. They are not a secret. GPU is always the bottleneck. Never CPU/Memory etc. Mobo will not matter. Running Gen 4. I specifically said there are other videos out there that cover benchmarks. The card does not deliver a true 4k 60fps experience with compromise.

3700X. Def not CPU limited for 60fps.

This is old Graphics card , I got the GeForce RXX 1450 7ultra 8K RTX750
Nice :P This is a One Year Later Review after all so I don't have the latest and greatest :P
