    Dr. Devdutt Pattanaik an Indian author known for fictional work and interpretations of ancient Indian scriptures. He is the author of 41 books and over 1000 columns, with bestsellers such as My Gita, Jaya, Sita, Business Sutra and the 7 Secret Series. He was a speaker at TEDIndia 2009 and spoke on Myths that Mystify, East versus West. His TV shows include Business Sutra on CNBC-TV18 and Devlok on Epic TV. He consults organisations on culture, diversity and leadership and also consults various television channels and filmmakers on storytelling.

    1. There is no such thing as justice, right and wrong.
    2. There is only action and reaction.

    "whatever you do, you will pay the price for it"...karma is about consequences rather than judgement (30:40) . . . "dharma is very different from ahimsa" (53:20)… "dharma is helping the helpless, even if it means breaking the law" (58:40) . . . "a good poet can never live in the kings court" (1:03:10).       Pahle Bharat me oral tradition tha to ye dono mahagranth orally ek generation se dusre generations tak pahuchta tha. Likhit tradition Bharat me bahut baad me prachalan me aaya tha. Adhikansh historians aur scholars ka yahi maanna he.
