Making salt free versions of your salsa recipes is quite literally saving my life. Karma point to you, my friend.❤
I'm so glad! Thanks, Cathy.
Patty has good taste.
She sure does! =)
Idk how I have only recently found your channel. I'm a Cajun lady through and through.. we love we spice down here in the bottom of the boot. Nawlins is known for our food and spices. And your food is so delicious to us!! I've come back and made several sauces you've shared with us and I'm not disappointed. Thank you so much for what you do.
Glad you're here, Saffron. I appreciate it.
I swear😂 you just sold this channel for me! I was looking at making this now it's a definite yes, thank you❤🇦🇺🙏
Healthy & salt-free ! Sometimes I drink jalapeno & tomatillo sauce out of a cup. I Love them so much !
OMG i was just about to say, you know what could go nice with that end product? Some olive oil, and you pulled up a bottle of it! Nice video :)
I just found your channel with a pork in salsa verde video. Honestly, I enjoyed it and I look forward to seeing your recipes. 🫡
Awesome! Thank you!

Thanks!
I agree with Patty, verde sauces are my favorite too. 👍
Cant wait to make this!!
I love it! I'll make it and use it to make my chili verde chicken. Freeze the rest. Thanks for a great video!
The tomatillo husks are great when you cook nopal to eliminate the slime
Can't wait to make this sauce when my tomatillos are fully grown! Thanks for the recipe!
Yet another thing that I have to make
I hope you enjoy it!
Looks good. Greetings from Greece.
Thank you!
Love the recipes
Thank you 😊
Love a good salsa Verde. Never trued oil in it.
Love it 🙏🏼👌🏼🥰. And especially the presentation and the spicey 🌶️humour 👌🏼😂😂🥰
I make it with same ingredients, but I will add chicken broth to the pot and cook it down, and mix, and I also add avocados to it. It’s really good. I will try this oven method too. Looks delicious. Thank you!😊
You are very welcome - enjoy!
Will be making this tomorrow...subscribed. I mean, how can you NOT subscribe to "Chili Pepper Madness"?!?!? 🙂 Glad I found you...
Haha, yes! Glad you found me! I hope you find many recipes you enjoy.
I'm on this! I read once that the reason we love foods with fat in them, is that the fat coats the taste buds and allows them better interface with the food elements and we can taste so much more. That oil makes sense for that reason too. I am a lightweight when it comes of capsaicin. I always open my peppers and scrape out the membranes and seeds, so I can enjoy their flavor without being overwhelmed by their heat. That is what I will do with this recipe. I also substitute poblanos for some of the jalapenos. Thank you!
I love this. You'll have to let me know how it turns out.
I can't wait to make a double batch tomorrow!!
Let me know how it goes!
Same here, made recipe very similar. Instead of roasting I used small oil in bottom of pot and seared veg. Never used oil for creaminess.
My hubby n I have a garden. Our main focus are peppers and tomatoes. Of course we have herbs, beans, onions and garlic, etc.
I am thrilled to have found your video. Since this eve I have subbed and am already copying down recipes! Obviously we can quite a bit, and am SO excited to can some of these sauces, like the adobe sauce. Ive never thought to look for that recipe, even though its one of my favorites. I havent made it but its gonna taste GREAT!
Dont mean to write so much. Its just exciting to find new recipes for our favorite foods AND that I know are going to be delicious. You can just tell. Thanks again :)
Thanks so much. I hope you enjoy the cooking! =)
Eat a pepper every time he says Patty. Nice to see a guy that pleases his wife.
I do love her. =) =)
I made the verde today to have with my smoked pulled pork tacos. Delicious! I also made your hot sauce recipe, but with dried chili's. I can't find fresh red chili's in these parts. I used New Mexican and California chili's with some serrano. Also, delicious! Great recipes! Really enjoy your channel.
Wonderful!
If you add an avocado and some wasabi you will have the sauce my local fusion restaurant makes
I like it.
I did the creamy jalepeno recipe and it was amazing!! I tried this recipe today and it came out very sweet for some reason. I did use white vinegar and not white wine vinegar. Any idea why it was so sweet?
I'm not sure, as tomatillos offer more tang than anything.
@@ChiliPepperMadness I did another batch today with white wine vinegar instead of regular vinegar and it came out great! Thanks
Excellent! Thanks for sharing this!
what kind (brand) of denim Apron is that?
That is an X-Chef apron. It was a gift. Works great for me! =)
@@ChiliPepperMadness thanx!
Does the emulsion break down when heated?
Yes! So keep an eye on it.
What food processor are you using?
It's a Ninja.
Just an opinion but if you using the juice from the lime then you do not need the vinegar.
It's more about flavor. You can use either/or, depending on your preference.
ohhhh baby how about olive oil?
That will work, though a neutral oil will not affect the flavor as much.
Some Mexican Oregano will up the flavor!
Go for it!
say guy in your recipe you said to use honey or either sugar in your pickle pepper recipe but in your demonstration you didn't use honey or sugar so when you doing pickle peppers do you need either one one of your subscribers
It's not required for pickling. It's only if you want to add a touch of sweet to your pickled peppers.
@@ChiliPepperMadness o ok thk u love your channel one of your subscribers
hey, love your recipes, keep it up!
idk where to ask but, most my hotsauces end up too acidic for my taste, any sort of steps or ingredients to counter that?
The acidity mostly comes from the vinegar. Usually a sweet element can help counter that, like sugar or honey. Some fruits can help, even though they are typically acidic.
Sup, wow looked like my salsa Verde, even with leaving some skins on.. I use the broiler when can't grill, but never added oil to make creamy, wow👊, thought was going to add. Crema or avocado, never tried either, but wow oil, that's great tip tyvm patty pepper madness lol, tyvm tc 🧉🌶️
Think going to use in a spaghetti squash casserole, with ribs lol. Oh this sounds great for potato or pasta salad, brain playing ping-pong lol
Thanks, Ronald. Yes, so many uses! I actually make this sometimes with avocado and/or crema as well, and love it, but this is how my wife's prefers it for her verde, so I thought I would share. I want to try this on potato salad now! Haha. Have a good one!
@@ChiliPepperMadness tyvm, glad I was thinking right😂🤣, going to use wife's way first.
Happy Wife, Happy Life! =) =) Enjoy!
@@ChiliPepperMadness BOOM, nailed it lol. I go camping when isn't happy😂🤣, buy favorites and flowers when come home, and pray😂🤣, 👊
