- Fallout is a great show, it's hard to deny. In fact, it's so good it got us thinking about which Nintendo franchises could carry an episodic series with the same faithfulness as the Fallout series does. We also talk about the Silksong that wasn't in the Indie World showcase as well as take your Nintendo questions.

A horror-based Metroid show would be great. Samus happens upon a derelict ship and finds the crew still alive but they have been getting picked off by something unknown.

Metroid was literally inspired by Alien, so a movie/show could definitely work

@@francoperalta5986 metroid just doesn’t sell well for a variety of reasons. One of them being it doesn’t resonate with audiences outside of a niche fanbase.

It's a bit of a wild card pick, but a musical anthology series based on Elite Beat Agents would be fantastic. Every episode is a self-contained story but the titular agents are the common throughline connecting the stories? Licensed music, etc. Sort of a jukebox musical type show.

An F-Zero show would be pretty epic. I'm imagining a cross between the Twisted Metal show and Speed Racer. Also would never happen but a horror themed Metroid movie could be interesting as well

Idk why but the first thing that came to mind was an “Animal Crossing” mystery thriller/neo noir where there’s a serial killer loose in the village.
A Star Fox show would be so cool! Probably in the same vain as the anime short they made to promote StarFox Zero.

13:32 - Mystery of the the Emblem was the 2 episode Original Video Animation for Fire Emblem released in 1998 in the US, while Manga based on the games include The Binding Blade, Awakening, and Engage. The OVA actually pre-dates the first game in the series released in the US, Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade (November 2003 for the GBA), by 5 years! 😊

We got an English version for F-Zero GP Legend, but 1) it was handled by 4Kids Entertainment and 2) it only lasted for like 13 or 15 episodes, which was HALF of the first season. There were 52 episodes in that series, but the localization was so mediocre that it was cancelled.

@@BJAdamBarry dread got outsold by 1 2 Switch & Pikmin 4 sold more than dread in 7 months. Metroid needs to evolve if it has a future in television & if that means more characters, so be it.

Wrong, Nintendo platformers and party games are solely gameplay focused or story absent. Their rpg's and adventure games are far from the same thing
