We've been lucky enough to use KASK helmets for a couple of years. On the face of it, you may not think that helmets are a complex but of kit. But, the thought, design and materials all need to be top class - a helmet protects your head, after all. So, we visited the KASK factory find out how the helmets are made and the technology behind them

I am pretty much sure by her words and her body gesture that she was asking the confirmation about the fact that (presumably) she was reported by someone that a third person, perhaps not even related to the video, went smoking. Please consider that those are real people in the real world, not professionals acting to make the story more beautiful in the eyes of the audience. Please also consider that in Italy some short breaks during the normal working shifts are part of the collective labor contact. Last, but not least, since the helmet is something that we, bicycle riders, put over our heads to protect a pretending to have brain (someone doesn’t have or doesn’t get it connected with their fingers when typing comments), I would not expect her to be professional in a video like this but instead to be in doing her job diligently. All the best!

When i recently bought my first bicycle in 17 years i also tested a huge amount of helmets. The Kask Mojito had the absolute best fit and it is the first time i can say i enjoy wearing a helmet :P

howard9110 The 60fps made the first scene look like it was shot with a TS-E (tilts shift) lens for miniature effect..
***** you cant see 10fps. They shoot in PAL so it goes from 24fps to 50fps however ntsc goes from 30fps to 60fps, you cant see any difference between them. industry standard is PAL so thats why they use it.

Matt Burkey Yeah used to work in that heat all the time, not pleasant, plus my factory was a damn site more noisier! Looks like they've got mandatory breathing PPE due to all the micro-fibres, ours was mandatory hearing - and hairnets as we were a FMCG* company (which they're not worried about here).
*Hmmm Google tells me most people use that abbreviation for Fast Moving Consumer Goods, whereas I know it as Food ManufaCturinG.
I worked outdoors in 100 F (38 C). Must have been heck to be that hot inside.
Yeah it was, but obviously you get used to it to some degree. Artificial lights for 12hr night shifts didn't help either. Neither did arsehole management on your case all the while. I forget why I left that job...

Great helmets made in Italy and not in f…. China. Kask is the brand i also prefer because of this reason.

Yes, assuming they are in regular use, 3 years or so.
I never tried Kask helmets before. It was always Giro for me.

$300 US for that green helmet you're holding. Needless to say that's ridiculous for all the more work that actually goes into a helmet. This is why I quit wearing helmets. Go steal someone else's money.

I bought KASK MOSITO, but that is so bad by finishing materials. It was quit expensive so I expecting that will be perfect condition for sure. Ofcourse the helmet is lightweight and looking good i mean appear. But the detail of helmet is totally sucks. I don't know the helmet made by china but on the helmet, they still Italian flag on it. So now I'm a man who is miserable person in here. If you have a plan to by MOSITO, It's better to be hesitate to buy it. Thanks
Got my Mojito today. Apart from the bad sticker decals(barely sticking... I want spares/other colours), and space for sunglasses the quality, style and fit was suberb. Best 45£ helmet(XXL Norway)
MIne is junk, Very mall hit and it's cracked. Cheap construction. Probably made in china with Italian label.
