- Visiting Heveningham Hall Concours felt like attending the Goodwood FoS when it first started back in the early nineties. Here's my guide to the amazing cars on display this year plus a quick go in Max Hunt's 650bhp Nissan Patrol!

40:55 Max: "sorry"
Harry: "Let's have another go" 😂😂😂😂😂
Holy moly, good save!😂
omg that was bloody crazy lol
Almost rolling the patrol is a very different vibe to salon privé.
Without seatbelts. Well done, Max 😖
They crashed a LaFerrari and a plane on the same day, it’s definitely no Villa D’Este
It's how it should be haha
Only Harry says, let's have another go
2nd year in a row for plane crashes at this event btw
Hats off to the gardeners, the place looks immaculate.
Thank you for sharing your kind words on the Delahaye.
Very proud of our restoration we’ve now completed ❤
Fantastic car, madly in love with these '30s French art deco designs... from afar, I've thought it's an Atlantic replica, but it's way more special than that.
@@MetalTrabant Thank you, art deco vibes for sure
That last 5 minutes was a complete tonal gear change… concours concours lovely lovely… mental. 😂👌🏼
After the Patrol nearly flipped I couldn’t believe how cool calm and collected Harry was I was only watching and almost needed a change of underwear 😂🏴👍🏻
Shite ma breeks? aye a woulda 😮🤪
18:04 Mercedes really were ahead of the game in 1923
Mercedes were even further ahead ten yers later. But a decade after that, not so good.
😂
I didn’t want to say anything. Poor old Harry!
@@johntechwriterI think you missed Harry’s comment mate. He said 1923 instead of 2023
@@noelht1I think you missed the meta joke
Tax The Rich lives rent free in my mind! The all time best footage of a 288 GTO at full chat!
... and the F60... and the XJ220... and...
I like the concept. Taxing the rich that is.
@@paulelverstone8677all the hits!!!
@@dimsoneillnow that Robbing Hood and his group of merrie unionist controlled men are in charge of Britain that's not an outside proposition at all.
The 288 film sprang to mind the moment he mentioned it. I remember cringing uncontrollably the first time I saw that!
The Maserati with sleepy eyes has my heart, simply gorgeous.
I so so agree with you. It blew my mind.
He sooooo nearly rolled that 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈
That was shocking
My type of guys ............ 🤠🤠🤠🤠
Steered into it like a boss though. Nice save.
💯
No seatbelts or helmets. In an old vehicle like that with no roll cage the roof would pancake on a rollover?
Meanwhile other youtubers clickbait when a wheel gets curbed... "car totalled. We almost died!!!"
My sister went there. She happened to be at the Country show then walked in to the car show. She got kicked out, bit not before she managed to send me lots of pictures of some very nice cars!
What an incredible show, an incredible mix of great cars. That Nissan Patrol is crazy and we very nearly had you upside down there Harry!! 😮
"I can't do every car here" - I reckon people would very happily watch you do every car there, Harry.
Honest question where do these guys & girls get all this money from?! I'm just happy they show these cars to people. But the wealth just blows my mind!
Yes I kinda get that----absolutely love cars but the price some people are willing to pay for them beggars belief-------its not envy---well maybe a bit-------.
The rich constantly get richer whilst the rest of us get poorer.
None of these owners are PAYE like the rest of us. They are business and assest owners, they are the ones that pay your wages basically.
Working for it, or landed Gentrification. ?
Well, if you're a Pink Floyd band member; that helps. As does being an automotive journalist.
Private equity fund managers are often quite wealthy in my experience.
I appreciate Harry’s effort to share his observations. I regret any sour grapes. Because, Harry, is just a car guy sharing car guy stuff and doing a brilliant job of it all. Thank you Harry. Well done!
Even I had to change my pants after the first donut
😂
When I've had a long day at work and I get home still feeling anxious and agitated, I watch your videos and my emotions get reset because you have such a calming presentation style. Never stop doing what you do... It's a blessing to many in many ways.
It's a great day out. Went a few years ago. Was able to get up close to Nick Mason's 250 GTO. They also had a " dogfight" display between a Spitfire and a ME109. A day I'll always remember. Go if you can next year, you won't regret it.
I live not far from this venue and had the misfortune to encounter some of these 'super car' drivers on the Friday. There were temporary traffic lights placed on a country road near Occold as a result of road works and I had to stop for a red light. Three Ferraris following me at that moment decided that this interruption to their joy ride was was unacceptable and they blasted past me and into the path of oncoming traffic. It was a miracle that there wasn't a serious accident. Having shared my experience with other local people, they described having witnessed similar dangerous driving. If you own this type of vehicle then by all means have fun with it, but please do this at a track day venue, not on the public highway!
Sounds like a poor persons problem
@@rbslammed6163 It doesn't matter if you are rich or poor, just whether you are an arsehole or not
Max is utterly bonkers. The world needs more people like Max. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
100%, the world needs more trust fund kids!!
@@rbslammed6163 We do. Glad we're in agreement. 👍🏻
@@carlrea I got double recessive vibes there....
@@rbslammed6163 - A "trust fund" ...please explain this concept?
Harry, you nearly had your own Jay Leno moment there! Must’ve been at 45 degrees…….
That whole ride was completely bonkers 😂
Did ya say : Jay Lenover
😂
Glad to see the LM002 Made the cut and it was a pleasure meeting you briefly
We need a Harry Farm Car show!! 🔥😂
Lol..well, i think his Farm Channel is already featuring Farm Vehicles, kinda
Love the D-type backstory. Good on the current owner for tracking down and purchasing the replica and reuniting his car with it's chassis plate. Looks like a very good, low key event.
I went to this show with a friend, it was truly spectacular. Even Richard Noble had a stand in the grounds. Would have been lovely to meet you H. Perhaps another year. The Zag held her own. Amazing. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Great show, Harry! Never heard of it, but always on the hunt to explore new venues. I remember the Tax the Rich videos though, with 288 GTO and F50 flying around barns.
My personal favourite of this show is the Delahaye with a bespoke body, that is quite special for sure. I think Goodwood FoS is a bit of an obvious one now, quite busy and expensive to get into.
Definitely prefer the Members Meeting or Revival with everyone dressed up nicely. Have a nice Sunday everyone...
Except the most impressive part of any delahay is it’s interior, sucks he didn’t show it
I have been going to Heveningham Concours since 2018 and every year never fails to disappoint. Always stunning lineup and the doughnuts in the field in various owners cars are fantastic to watch
The Alpines are especially gorgeous but Max’s Nissan Patrol is sooooo fun 😊 What a dude!
Harry’s vlogs an amazing combination of automotive updates and petrolheads culture… I am forever grateful to the education Harry provides ❤
Absolutely brilliant, Thank you for sharing this fantastic event Harry, Max looks like great fun as well.
"time for a little donut". What an absolutely marvellous video. Thank you Harry
Love it. One of your best. Thanks for taking us along...
It was great to see the Fulvia when I went Saturday. I live in Suffolk only 40 minutes away from Heveningham Hall and its a must attend event every year. A huge country fair to enjoy and amazing concours, not to mention horsepower hill, aircraft concours and beautiful grounds.
What a great show, The choice of cars there is just amazing. Harry love the way you present cars and your knowledge is just amazing. Keep us bringing content like this.
What a great event, I look forward to checking it out next year.
Also, wonderful to see David Lee Roth still living the life lol.
What a life Max has lived.
David Lee Roth 😂
What a great show, fantastic collection of vehicles,so diverse and interesting. Another brilliant episode,Thanks Harry 🎉
Wonderful, thanks a lot. Great film and editing. It looks a fantastic, mad, accessible event, thank you Max!
22:00 the original Veyron will always be my favorite
especially in that color and those wonderfull shiny silver wheels.
the stance is just awesome.
So refreshing to see these awesome vehicles being shown without being pretentious or pompous. thanks harry
No setbelts on that potential roll-over, what a wild guy that madman with the patrol
One for me next year , I never knew Suffolk was so rich in classic car events , and i live in the heart of it all , happy retirement summers , thanks for sharing
Some absolutely stunning machines there.
From Barbados and will attend this event next year. Years Goal!, thanks to Harry.
Another excellent vid from Harry's Garage.
Harry, what can I say. You are magnificent, and we are so very appreciative of what you do, how you present such special documentation of a life authentic but with such esoteric nuance. Thank you.
Joyous! Great to see the T50 with sensible ride height casually going across the field. A great mix of cars and a hillclimb always gives a different dimension to the weekend. Thanks Harry.
An eclectic mix of vehicles if ever there was one! Congrats to Harry for his prize with the little Zaggy, just shows you don't need to be a one-off worth millions to be appreciated.👍 That Patrol is one helluva sleeper and so beautifully engineered and put together.
If I could have a go in anything on show I think it would be that Case Quadtrac, what a monster!👍😀😀😀😀
Congrats Harry and to the team that put the car back together.
Once again thank you Harry!
Great video as always! The Nissan is crazy :D
these videos of Harry's are without a doubt my favorite videos of youtube. Always a pleasure
A fantastically diverse range of machines - something for everyone. Great too that all proceeds from the event goes to charity.
Fantastic! Wow, what a car culture you have, Harry! You are very lucky. Thanks ever so much for showing us this!
Awesome vid, love it, thanks Harry!
Some properly beautiful cars. Great video keep them coming
That looks a great day out, with a great selection of cars, Enjoyed watching that, Thank you,
Right on. Thanks Harry.
Great to see our good friend Steve get featured in a Harry's garage video! He has a superb collection of cars and the ONE is amazing.
It’s Sunday. Only one thing I’m watching with a cup of tea ☕️
Excellent as always Harry
Thank you. This was the funnest video I've watched for a while. I am gonna go next year. I'm glad the good chap didn't tip the wagon over 😅 Looks like a brilliant fun weekend with proper people. Thanks again for creating and sharing
💙 🏎 😮
Love the end bit. That Patrol is nuts
That was a ball, your Zagato, the Berger Ferrari were amazing
Well that looks like an event one needs to add to one's diary. Thanks for the walk around !
Thank you, Harry 😊
The Maseratii Zagato, absolutly mervellous car, what a masterpiece! Thank You , Mr.Harry!
Those 2 Ferrari F1 cars....the most beautiful and sound the greatest of all modern F1s. Stunning.
That was bonkers but great at the same time, thank you for sharing 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
What an awesome event and crazy cars...
That Case is amazing...
Great to see some cool tractors
Excellent video Harry, thanks, I live nearby and forgot it was on, next year I’ll make every effort to be there.
Great place to have a car show.
Always great variation on this Chanel….. great watch ….👍
Fantastic!
Awesome video!! Thanks so much.
Thanks so much for the fascinating guided tour Harry, I'm always amazed by your insights into the back stories of these cars. How great to see the diversity of design of 4 wheel motive power over the years, especially the beautiful and elegant styling, a real treat!! Cheers Peter.
Incredible to have both those Safari Rally cars in attendance, amazing history from two of the greatest drivers!
Thank you sir...that WAS a pleasure to watch...
Great video , thanks Harry 🎉🎉
Am loving Harry’s commentary at the Goodwood FoS. Hope it’s the first of many years.
Patrols are great, and this one...amazing. Makes a change from the mega boost TB48's
Stunning cars.
One of the best, Harry.
Looks like a fantastic event. Hadn't a clue about it before this video, but will look to go next year.
Actually Harry, Mansell was driving for Williams in 1988. The Mansell car looks like the original 640 (or 639 race prototype) -without the later roll-hoop airbox), which Mansell won with on his debut in his 1st race for the Scuderia @ Brasil, (Not sure if it was the actual car you have there?) and the car also competed in that form for the next two races (San Marino & Monaco) Changing to the new taller roll-hoop airbox like the Berger car you showed for Mexico onwards, as the team needed a bit more pressure in the engine intake. 👍🏻 Great vid Harry, fascinating stuff!
OMG the D Type is breathtaking. Thank gawd it was restored to its original jagness. It's gotta be one of my favorites cars of all time. My dad bought me a model to build when I was about 10, in around 1980. I've loved them ever since. Never seen one in the metal, as I'm in Australia.
Another fine motoring weekend in the British Countryside.
Thanks Harry for showing us this event. Nice to hear from you about the new T.50 owner who also owns the Valkrie 🙏🇬🇧
Many thanks for your excellent commentary on the M4 CS at Goodwood, I was in the passenger seat and enjoyed the experience.
Best regards
Absolutely fantastic, wish i knew about this before it was on so I could have gone! hopefully next year then!
Wow those Alpines are Mad looking things!
Awww Harry, I was hoping to see that almost-roll in the GT-R Patrol at the end. Hell that looked close to going over!
That Zagato Maserati was absolutely stunning.
Amazing cars on show here wow
Great video, Harry, thoroughly enjoyed it. Also great to hear you being interviewed at Goodwood FOS this morning, you are right about the supercars need 1000bhp to qualify for the name these days. Hope you enjoyed yourself, there were some interesting cars there. The Yangwang was a bit of a beast, but it looked very tame in the flesh, on the stand. Good to have some nice weather for a change.
Thank you Harry, a wonferful review of exotic cars 👍 Au
Wow there's some serious cars there!
Super video Harry. I would have loved to see the T50 scream up the hill topped off with the LM002 one of my all time favorites. Made my Sunday.
Excellent as always. And what a patrol and petrolhead Max is. That 288 GTO Group B Spec video will stand the test of time. Still 10 years on I revisit it! Btw Mansell's Ferrari was the 1990 car though, he was still driving for Williams in 1988...
What a show! That Maserati 2000 Zagato looks sublime! Whilst at this years London Concours I filmed a model of the Alpine longtail with the removable tail. I love that Nissan Patrol, we owned a short wheel base one when we lived abroad, and just like the Top Gear Landcriuser, it was unkillable!😅
