He was my driver since the 2000 season. I loved his driving style early on in cup. He didn’t complain, he didn’t dirty race. He just went out, held his ground and finished good. Miss watching him at Charlotte.

6:45 hits him, gets him loose passes him for the "win". Typical "rubbing is racing" bs. He's like everybody else.

When you look at Kenseth's timeline, there is no doubt in my mind he is one of the top 10 best drivers in the HISTORY of NASCAR.
    1) 2003- Gives Jack Roush his first cup Championship.
    2) Kenseth leaves Roush Fenway racing in 2012, Roush starts to decline heavily (once Edwards leaves they become bottom feeders)
    3) Kenseth joins Gibbs in 2013, they become the most dominant organization in the sport (still are to date). They were good before, but they weren't winning championships and 50% of races on schedule like now.
    4) Kenseth rejoins Roush in 2018 with #6, a 25th place car. At the end of the season, the #6 car is a top 10 team. Now the team is in the playoffs with Newman in 2019.
Long story short, Kenseth was more than the 2003 champion, two time Daytona 500 champ, 2000 rookie of the year, etc. etc.
He was a "franchise player" that turned organizations around and made his teammates better. Not a lot of drivers have done that.

kenseth was my driver and I wish he still was out there kicking there asses. this is why the sport is suffering so much. we need some new blood once in a while but not a complete overhaul each year.

Another great coffee with Kyle interview! I'm a Ford man and held a little grudge against Matt for going to Gibbs but he did what he felt he had to. Hindsight is 20/20 and he's a great racer no matter the car and this interview proves his personality matches old school drivers if not exceeds some
