Being on tour looks like a massive, complex undertaking. I don't doubt getting face to face with the fans makes it worth the effort, but I'm sure there is a healthy dose of "WTF?" moments no matter how many times you do it.

The poop shelf is for no splashback and examinations 🤣 🤷🏼♀️ and it uses less water , fun fact

Haha I've never heard someone refer to it as a poopshelf. As far as I know it's for two reasons: 1: It's easier to get samples for medical purposes etc. And 2. It prevents water from splashing. Though I'm not sure if that's really the reasoning behind it or if it was just a design trend. Hope that helps haha :)
I think those toilets also use less water?
They're not used everywhere in Europe though, and not even everywhere in Germany. :)
You guys are so amazing and incredible at everything you do. It's so interesting to get to go behind the scenes on the tours with you and experience everything together. European here ...the poop shelf thing was used in the past so you could see if you dropped a healthy log or not and when in doubt you could call a doctor on it.nowadays it's just there because it always been there

You make me want to start vlogging again, I love your film style, you make everyday things seem so interesting, which is something I was not good at back when I used to vlog and make videos. I had the know how, but let the embarrassment factor of filming in public get in the way of me doing what I wanted.

I think the "Poop Shelf" is there so it doesn't splatter when you poop xD But I haven't seen toilets like this in years. I always thought these toilets were only used in the past but I seem to be wrong xD

pretty sure the toilet thing is just layover from when it was important to check stool for like illness … they just didn’t change the design .

The "toilet thing" is present only in Germany and (I realized this week) in some parts of the Netherlands. We don't have it anywhere else for what I know, and we're all as confused as you are about this 😂 tbh it's easier to get anything you dropped in there lol. Might be the beginning of an answer here...

Never heard of the poop shelf thing, only in those festival portable toilets. UK is part of Europe (just not the European Union) so maybe its a mainland Europe thing, only been to France and Austria and did not see them there.
