Review: Anti wobble inserts for Dewalt tough system 2.0 Drawer by Rugged Tools

- A quick review of the knock-in spacers/inserts by rugged tools which fit into the Dewalt Toughsystem 2.0 drawer units to stop the annoying wobble.
These do not require any glue or permanent fixings, just simply knock them into place with a hammer.
It really is unbelivable the difference these inserts make, without them it is very easy for the whole stack of boxes to fall over just by opening a heavy draw.

delivery was fast as hell coming from the UK to California thanks man they are amazing
Just ordered mine! Cheers mate
Thanks! Excelent video!
Awesome can't wait until mines get here
Love it. Thank you so much.
D@mn, i can't believe it. I just spent over $100 ordering from you..😂 i hope my wife won't notice it.😶🌫️
What a fucking GENIUS 🤯🤯🤯🤯
Why the cut outs in the first place if all you do is fill them in
Idk why the hell they cut out the box EXACTLY where the supports are supposed to rest
Thanks! Great tip!
Where did you get the handles for the top of your 2.0 drawer system?
i bought the handles direct from dewalt
@@Omaronthetoolsdo you happen to have the part number for the handles?
Can they be by on Amazon? And what’s the link?
Nice 👍
I’ll be getting a Half Dozen
I can't for the life of me visualize the way this works and how the things help
trust me it does I bought more boxes after they arrived
@@ShazammtheProducer I trust you but I still don't understand the locking mechanism
The other boxes in their range have flat lids so if you stack them they are solid where as the drawers for some reason have them empty spaces so I think the feet of the box you put on top doesn't make any contact except from the sides where it locks on. giving it the wobble.
The bloody drawers also don't come with a handle -,- so weird from dewalt as the man said they are very good addition to ya box system so why are 2 major things wrong!? They had them out in 1.0 versions aswell and it doesn't seem anything really has changed except the latch system...
I just bought my first 3 drawer and will probably be using it with the DS carrier support arms so I should get away with the wobble for my line of work but if i get more i shall be getting these inserts and the handles to carry from top. @@ElClaudio
Nail on the head @09mantlek. You can buy the handle separately and change with the current insert, only downside is that you lose the half box bracket. It is only a couple of £/$ for the handle so worth it in my opinion
Typical for deWalt, always something wrong...but hey at least they have these drawer-boxes....Makita ain't have them..
Dewalt did a terrible job with the whole tough system. Theres so many issues it sucks
What else have you found dude?
Really because I love mine the original and 2.0 and it's reasonably priced
@user-kr3yr6zu5m I'm guessing he's never used them. Probably just watching social media
