Fax. It truly is a travesty. These youngins do have some small responsibility to learn their history; but, overall and more than anyone/thing else, I blame us. We, as the OGs, really dropped the ball when it came/comes to teaching the kids (and all this applies to far more than just hip hop too).
You can tell this show still has majority younger audience, Ye and The Game, 2 super lame ass mfs have the most views..cuz its young ass kids and they the only ppl they know on drink champs..Marley Marl Episode, Red Alert,, Premo, Kane, should have some of the highest views cuz thas where a fountain of knowledge for the 80s 90s and 2000s will come from..they birthed your fav rappers style, watched em grow, fade, decease, they got mad stories if you rly love hip hop..this show is what Style Wars film is to Graffiti.
I can't believe this episode doesn't have 2 million views these two gentlemen inspired any producer that came out after in the mid-90s it's still going
I'm with you since Premo and Pete Rock are on my Mount Rushmore, so it's crazy this only has 43k views in a year with both of them being interviewed by Nore 🤯
sorry to be so off topic but does anybody know of a way to get back into an instagram account? I somehow forgot my password. I would appreciate any tips you can offer me!
So basically, this was Premiere’s episode featuring Pete Rock. They should have gave each one of these legends their own independent interview. Shit was awkward at times.
I reacted the same way Nas did when I first heard The World Is Yours. I just froze. Mom had just told me to vacuum the floor. The video came on and just had me stuck. To be honest, I had heard of Nas at that point but wasn't really up on it like that (being from Portland, OR we were late to a lot lol). That song blew my mind though, Pete Rock and Nas created a soundscape with that one. I got in trouble for not staying on my chores, it was worth it though!
Live from Headquarters made my Tuesday afternoons. Premier brings the real hip hop to us. Pete Rock is really one of my favorite producers. In my mind he has this kind of arcade sound with big bass. Definitely a style that brought me up.
DJ premier has always been my hottest DJ the way how he can scratch words and put it on time with the beat and make it sound jazzy. Makes him a standout DJ hands down.
Better get some audience that is interested in the guests and not sitting their time out.. these are legends that deserve the much needed attention. What I wouldn't give to sit in that room with LEGENDS.
Loving this one thanks for sharing very information blessed love to all knowledge is power hopefully everyone pays attention keep up the good work two of the best music producers in the hip hop over twenty plus years and still going strong 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
Why when Nore said make some noise for Premo.. im here drinking beer watching this and i start clapping myself.. lmao feeling this interview still in July 2021, BTW RIP Biz Markie 😥
I would love to get all of the best hip hop producers in the same room and let them shoot the shit for a day. The stories and insights they must have, damn!
Pete rock and premiere of two of the greatest dopest legendary produces of all the time and my era🔥they definitely deserve their flowers 👑👑🔥🔥🔥🔥⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If there’s anytime I didn’t want a guest interrupted every 3 minutes ITS THIS EPISODE please with everything that is holy let these legends speak. And these two really should have their own spot on here for the entire show.
Bring On DJ Mean Gene a Pioneer and Legend in Hip Hop! Look up The L-Brothers From The Bronx. He's One of The First Hip Hop Party Promoters, Getting the movement Venues and the whole nine. He's Grand Wizard Theodore's Big Bro.He Got to the Bag Early, I went to the Ecstacy Garage and the T-Connection venues like that and he was a Big part of that.
When i saw this a verse came to my mind. Lemonade was a popular drink and still is i get more props than Bruce willis a poet like langston Hughes i cant lose when i cruise out on the expressway leaving the bodega i say suave premiere got more beats then barns got hey clips are inserted into my gun so i can take the money never have to run. Nuff said we need to see an interview with Souls of Mischief, CoCo Brovas, Pharcyde, Dialated Peoples ,BlackMoon
there are no pete rock videos anywhere he's not talking a lot, there is this one and they just cutting him up in the middle kindergarten style. just let the legend talk!!!
Can’t believe how low the views are on this episode. These two are living legends.
Fax. It truly is a travesty. These youngins do have some small responsibility to learn their history; but, overall and more than anyone/thing else, I blame us. We, as the OGs, really dropped the ball when it came/comes to teaching the kids (and all this applies to far more than just hip hop too).
Makes since 85% of the population is blind deaf and dumb…

Super facts!!
The quality of a video isn’t dictated by the number of views. Lots of amazing videos have far less views than garbage mainstream music.
Yoooo Please Get LARGE PROFESSOR up on Drink Champs~~
sorry to be so off topic but does anybody know of a way to get back into an instagram account?
