I have a wrist trauma injury on my left arm and I am using a splint, my right arm has to work slightly harder to compensate. Would it be wise to put a smaller splint or tension bracelet on my right wrist too or will that take away from the healing of my left wrist?

Hey Movement. I've heard that the enzyme serrapeptase can help with scar tissue. Do you have any thoughts on that?

Burnzem & Friends strength and elasticity aren’t mutually exclusive. He needs both. Everywhere.

Terrible manual therapy. Throwing his arm into external rotation way to early at 6 weeks post-op. Being way to aggressive when ur holding his throwing arm. Need to be way more gentle. This whole video he’s literally throwing his arm into external rotation while working on myofascial release and scar tissue

    • @themovementunderground2464

Steve Wagner you couldn’t be any more incorrect. I’m not “throwing” his arm into external rotation and have complete control over the amount of stress on his elbow. I’m letting gravity take his shoulder through available free range and have full support of his humerus with my thigh.
At 6 weeks, he’s well into his fibroblastic phase of healing, and the only way to stimulate fibroblastic activity and remodeling is load! Exposing his elbow to gradual stress is the only way for that tissue to remodel well. Humans aren’t made out of glass or chalk, and I am constantly communicating with him to make sure there is zero discomfort. There isn’t some aging window of time you must wait...it’s called graded exposure and progressing as tolerated.
So keep trolling my friend and adding no value to the conversation. Maybe instead of trying to put someone else down, you simply ask if that’s risky or state your own opinion... for example” hey do you think that’s early to expose his elbow to that stress? I think I’d wait longer..”.see what I did there? It’s called be a respectful member of society. you don’t sound smart for putting me down, especially when you are wrong. His elbow is under more stress rolling out of bed in the morning.
I award you no points, and may god have mercy on your soul ✊

Steve Wagner also FYI. He is now 2 years out and playing baseball professionally throwing harder than he did pre surgery, or ever in his life for that matter. Results are all that matter my friend.
