    Was today years old when I learnt there is a correct way to tie my laces 😅 so much better now, thank you

      Haha it wasn't too long ago that I found out about it as well, and since our foot profile and comfort and fit preference is quite individual, we might as well try a few things here and there to make it all mostly work somehow... and many thanks for stopping by!

    I tried this technique on my hill sprints workout this morning - it stayed dead tight . My lace always used to come off on sprint workouts or park runs. You made my life less anxious especially park runs where your lace gets undone and twist your ankle .. happened multiple times. Keep sharing good content like this Rob

      O man I feel like it's not much of a proper recovery week but when you compare it to all the other weeks of the training plan, it's actually not bad which is a bit crazy... fortunately I'm still holding up fairly well at this stage, and it probably helps that I'm cutting some corners (or rather KMs) here and there haha
